This is more difficult to do for guys, since our waist is proporationally larger, but the effect is feminine. In the neutral the elbows are straight down from the shoulders, while in the masculine they bend out. The elbows bend in on the feminine walk though. Just thought I'd throw in my 2 cents, which after today is worth about 0.0000001% of a penny.
