I spoke to a helpful sales associate who let me in on a little secret -- all of their "up to 16WW" shoes are actually made in men's sizes. So now I order my dressy sandals and peep toes in 13WW (i.e. 13D) and I don't have an extra 1/2 inch of shoe sticking out beyond my toes! You know what I mean when you "size up" in women's to account for width! Here is their size 15 page http://www.shoesofyourdreams.com/womens_size_15.php. I only wish they had more!
