A Crossdressing Adventure – One Small Step For Woman

Randi has a real life crossdressing adventure that takes her one step closer to freedom. Will she recoil from this experience, or will this be making of bigger things?. This week on As The Tranny Turns.

I think in another life I wanted to be a voice over actor. Now I’m quite glad I don’t sound like James Earl Jones or Sean Connery. It would be quite tough to pass with such a rich baritone voice :)

If you have a real life crossdressing success story you’d like to share with readers of Crossdresser Heaven please do! Submit a story of your crossdressing adventure and include a brief introduction, your femme name, a short story (500-750 words) and a picture (optional). We’ve had many wonderful ladies respond already, please join them – our shared experiences provide hope and encouragement to many!

Meet Randi

I am a retired teacher. I felt that the profession required my discretion and limited me to dressing in private at home. However I have dressed, to some extent, ever since junior high school. Now I feel the freedom to venture into the public eye. Today was one of those ventures.

Randi’s Crossdressing Success Story

The weather forecast said “hot and humid” so I decided that my daily walk would have to be earlier than my usual afternoon stroll. I also felt that my schedule for the day granted me the freedom to do the walk en femme. It took me about 40 minutes to prepare – makeup, jewelry, wig and figure illusion. In a white blouse and denim mini I went to the park. During my two mile walk I encountered at least two dozen other walkers, joggers or bike riders – a bit high for that park at that time. You can believe that I was a bit  nervous. What reactions would I get? I was greeted repeatedly and no one seemed to pay any attention to my presentation as a woman, assuming that they did “read” me.

I consider that to be a success and it builds confidence for future public excursions. Plus I realized that people don’t really notice or particularly care if they did notice – which is what I want. Well, there was one guy who appeared more interested than I wanted him to be. The less attention the better at this stage of my dressing in public. Small steps build for future en femme walks!

P.S. If you’d like less attention as a ‘man in a dress’, or perhaps more attention as ‘that beautiful woman over there’, then pick up a copy of the World’s Best Crossdressing Guide.

Meet Miriam

Miriam’s Crossdressing Success Story

My first really big night. was in 1966. Wow, seems like so long ago. Even though I have been dressing for some years, I really never had the chance to really step out big. My big night came at a senior prom. A really close friend of mine who knew all about me asked me to go to his prom. This was really a challenge not just because of what I had to do to pull this off, but because it was a strange time for CD’s, not exactly being welcomed with open arms. The fact that he was gay was a very big secret, not as open as today even though we still have a long way to go. I decided to do it. For me passing was easy, because I had very fair features and no beard or body hair what so ever.

I decided to go with a long lilac off the shoulder flowing gown, with a thin silver belt as an accent. Finding high heel sandals was getting a little harder as size 11 was hard to come by. I was still a size 8-10 but, like everything else my feet were growing too. I found a store that had what I wanted in NYC. A very open shoe, 31/2" heel with a single band over the toes and a slingback strap. I had them dyed the same lilac color as the dress and they and the dress were just awesome. My hair was long, being the 60’s so I had my hair done up in a french knot. The salon used a fall to make up the extra length I need for the hair style. I had crystal and silver earrings, a triple strand of white pearls and a rhinestone bracelet. My makeup was done in soft hues with a slightly darker red lipstick. My toes and finger nails were all done in hot pink. I carried a small handbag in silver. My 32 c breasts were held in place with a Playtex strapless pushup bra. I wore a Playtex short girdle to hide me. I had very good cleavage. I topped it all off with just a touch of Chanel #5. Off we went, boy was I excited.

We entered the hall holding hands so that we looked and acted like a couple fully prepared to run if found out. Running in heels for me was easy, because I’d been wearing them for more then 4 years. We held our breath and to our delight nobody thought I was anything except female. I got more then a few whistles, which made me feel really good and sexy. I spoke in a hushed voice, like having a small cold and was able to pull it off. We ate, danced, hugged and had a great time. I danced until my feet hurt. Using the ladies room was scary, but I did and remembered to face outward. I got great compliments from the girls. They loved that my shoes matched the dress and that I had lilac stockings as well. Boy if they only knew what was hidden under my dress. Thank goodness I’m not very large.

We stayed until it was over and then went home to get a change of clothes and then to a party at a friends home. I changed into a pair of blue jeans, a jersey knit top in blue and 2" black pumps. No one ever found out that I was not a girl. It was a awesome evening, and one I’ll remember for ever. I never once felt like a boy that night I just felt like a girl. I still have that dress and shoes, even though they don’t fit any longer. Its not easy finding out who you are, but not living who you are is a greater sin. The boy I went with is a life long friend, we socialize together, and go out as a couple from time to time. I’m always Miriam and he is always David. Life long friends.

My motto, (Heels forever, flats never)

Sincerely,
Miriam

Crossdressing Pajama Party

This week’s crossdressing success story comes from a lovely lady I’ve been corresponding with over email. Patrice shares her story of a shopping trip en femme that turns into so much more!

As always, if you have a crossdressing success story you want to share please email vanessalaw@crossdresserheaven.com and include a brief introduction, your femme name, a short story (500-750 words) and a picture (optional). I hope to hear from you. Now on to Patrice’s crossdressing success story!

Patrice’s Crossdressing Success Story

It was Tuesday night and I already started to get butterflies in my stomach.  I was so excited, but a little afraid.  Here it is me, a 50 year plus crossdresser (a mature girl I like to be thought of), getting invited to a “girls pajama party.”  (BTW, you’re only as old as you think). The party was going to be Friday through Sunday at Melissa’s house.  She lived about 3 miles away from me.  I first met Melissa about 3 years ago when we were both buying some lingerie at a Macys sale.  I was dressed as “Patrice” (passable).  She complimented me on my choice of bras that I was purchasing, plus the rainbow assortment of lycra panties.  As we walked away, she said to me that I was pretty as a woman (she knew as did the cashiers and other customers, obviously) that I was a crossdresser.  No one bothered me.

Melissa and I both headed now to the Ladies Room.  (Shopping for a few hours – I also bought other items in store – can do this to any girl).  We both went into our stalls and did what we came to do do,  I was finished first and was washing and adjusting my makeup when Melissa came out of her stall and admired me freshening up my makeup.  She told me that I looked like a “pro.”  I thanked her and told her that I’ve been “dressing” for many years.  She said that she thought that more men should express “her” feminine side.  By choice, we exchanged numbers, including cells, and e-mail addresses.  We hit it off instantly.  She was like the miracle I always wanted to experience.

I couldn’t believe it, but later that night Melissa called me and asked how my new bras fit….I said they were perfect (38C)…..she said hers (36C) felt heavenly on her…..we chatted a few more minutes and decided from that moment to be friends.  Someday, if my readers would like, I’d write more about Melissa and me and my being “Patrice” with her (But, that’s another story).

Back to the PJ Party, Sharon and Mary Beth, both gg’s, were also coming to the party.  I had been introduced to them through Melissa over the years.  Of course, we all knew a lot about each other.  Sharon, a tall brunette was divorced from an abusive husband – thank goodness, there were no children.  Mary Beth was happily married and had two children.  She was about 5′6″ and had the most gorgeous blonde shoulder length hair.  (as an aside, one time Mary Beth told me about her pregnancies – I was so jealous.)  Melissa, well, I can tell you more as time goes by.

I packed for the party on Thursday afternoon and kept a list of all the things this girl needed to bring (shampoo, conditioner, medications, makeup, nighties, lingerie, several sets of clothes, shoes, slippers, etc.)  When I arrived, the other three girls were there…..we all gave each other hugs and kisses.  It seems everyone complimented the other one about something she was wearing.  I remember Melissa complimented me on the Spring flowery dress I was wearing.

I was wearing matching pale blue panties and bra…..no stockings.  (Of course, they all wanted to know what color lingerie I was wearing). I twirled around for my friends and we all giggled, just like teenagers.  Mary Beth said that her husband and children were away for the weekend on a camping trip and that she was really looking forward to her “girls” weekend.  I should point out that I have no body hair and have taken hormones for a few years.  I have small natural breasts (they feel so great when I just walk around braless), but always feel more comfortable when I wear my breasts pads.  My equipment down below is miniature because of the hormones.  Tucked in properly, it would be hard (oops, I didn’t mean literally) to notice any difference.  If you did look straight there, it looked like I was wearing a pad…….my panties were always tight and hugged me perfectly.

As we chatted and it seemed we all chatted at the same time, I knew I was a “woman” and I was so happy to be accepted by Melissa, Sharon and Mary Beth.  I typed enough for now, I think, but if you’d like, I’ll continue the rest of the story in Part 2….okay…..you can contact me at rjb7839@aol.com .  I’d love to hear your comments.  Thank you, Vanessa, for allowing me to write this short story.  Hopefully. it will be continued !!!!
Hugs, Patrice

Mandy’s Crossdressing Success Story – The Encouraging Crossdresser’s Wife

Crossdressing Success Stories are real stories from crossdressers who have overcome fear and self-doubt to let their feminine beauty emerge. Their story of success may be one of triumph over adversity, or the blossoming of a special relationship of openness with those they love. Perhaps the crossdresser’s wife played an even more integral part of their success story.

Share Your Crossdressing Success Story

Please share your crossdressing success story, it only takes a moment and your crossdressing victory will encourage a sister who is just exploring her transgendered nature. I’ll post your story on Crossdresser Heaven within a few weeks.

Meet Mandy

I’m a 31 year old white male, heterosexual, and live in the Seattle area.  I’ve had the desire to crossdress for about as long as I can remember.

Mandy’s Crossdressing Success Story

I think it started when I was maybe 5 or 6?  My best friend, a girl, lived across the street from me.  She was really big into dance, and as such, had lots of different costumes.  I remember she had me try on one of her pink tutu’s one day (don’t know why…. she probably thought it’d be funny.)  I remember once I put it on, the embarassment went away and I felt oddly comfortable, and even satisfied.  For awhile, every time I went over to her house, I wanted to try on the tutu.  The humor in it wore off eventually, and I started to experiment on my own.  I remember taking naps in the afternoon when home, and while mom was at the other end of the house watching her soaps, I’d sneak into her room and steal a few things from her drawers.

Taking mom’s stuff, or stuff from female friends and cousins, was all I did up until I moved out and lived on my own.  Thank God for the JCPenney catalog, and the internet.  I ordered myself a decent amount of underwear (that actually FIT!), then sort of lost interest in it all for awhile.  Don’t know why.  A good few years went by where I still had the free time to do it, just never really did.  When the opportunity came to move across the country for a job, I took that as the chance to pitch everything (purge…  I know, “don’t do it!!!”)  as I thought I was done with all of it.  It wasn’t until I told my wife about it a few years later that I got back into it, through her encouragement.

I’m now married, have an amazing wife who loves and accepts everything about me, and is willing (sometimes pushing) me to explore the depths of my interest in it all.  I’ve learned a lot this last year, and am loving it more than ever!  Hopefully, with the wife’s help, I’ll work up to a night out or something fully dressed  :)

It warms my heart to hear stories where the crossdressers wife plays such a positive and affirming role. I know that many crossdressers agonize over their wife’s acceptance, often keeping their secret for many years beyond what they should bear. If you are struggling to tell your wife, please read how to tell your wife you crossdress. If you’ve told your wife with great success, please comment and share your advice with others.

Hugs and blessings,
Vanessa

Teresa’s Crossdressing Success Story – The First Pass

Crossdressing Success Stories are real stories from real crossdressers who have overcome some obstacle in life to achieve their own measure of transgender success. Whether it’s sharing your secret with a friend, wearing your first pair of pantyhose, or reaching out for help on the Internet. The crossdressing journey has many joys and these stories are shared to provide hope, encouragement and upliftment to all in the transgender community. If you would like to provide strength to a sister, please go here to share your own crossdressing success story, and I’ll post your story on Crossdresser Heaven within a few weeks.

This story comes from central Alabama. Thanks Teresa for sharing your story with us.

Meet Teresa

I’m middle-aged single white male, heterosexual and live in central Alabama. I have always had the compulsion to cross-dress since I was about 14 ( I just wish I knew where it came from).

Teresa’s Crossdressing Success Story

I dabbled with crossdressing during a 13 year marriage and it was a factor in my divorce 10 years ago. I still
struggle with being a Christian and the compulsion to dress up. About 3 years ago I started dressing again after about 10 years of being “dry”. I did the purge thing a few times but finally decided I’d live out the desire in hope that one day I can be over it.

Anyway, so the last year I have been working hard with clothes and make-up to look “real”. Recently I ended a several year relationship with my girl-friend, so I was no longer having to hide that part of my personality. Last night I got all fixed up and went to the local beauty supply store to see if I “passed” to the girl that was helping me with wigs, makeup, etc. It felt so good to hear her say, “you look great, you look passable for a woman, I thought that was a woman coming in”. Her co-worker gave the same agreement.

I went to Wal-Mart, Office Depot, Ross and got coffee just to walk around. A few men commented on my looks. It felt “unreal” to finally pass as a woman. What a strange and wonderful feeling. I still can’t believe it has finally happened after 36 years. It will be fun to go out more, just hope to find a support group not too far from here to go out with. My daughter accepts me so I will do some thing with her & friends in femme.
