It’s Monday, which means it must be time for another weekly crossdressing poll!
An impossibly high heeled ankle boot
This week I’m interested to hear from you ladies about your favorite footwear. As I mentioned in the last crossdressed outfit of the week, I absolutely adore boots. Ankle boots with a heel of 1″-2″ inch are my all time favorites. Right now I have two pairs of black boots, one with a 3″ heel, and another with a 2″ heel. I also just bought myself a pair of lovely brown ankle boots with a cute 1″ heel. It’s all I can do not to browse the selection of boots online looking for another pair.
If money weren’t an object I’ve have a special shoe closet built and fill it with every conceivable style and color of gorgeous shoes. I’d never have to stand in front of the closet forlorn because I don’t have the perfect pair of shoes to go with my outfit.
Thankfully my wife is not just the strong willed one able to resist such temptations, she’s also our households designated CFO. Which means that the budget gets equally distributed between the important things (like shoes) and other incidental expenses (food, mortgage payment and so on) 
So I’m curious…

Last weeks crossdressing poll results
In last week’s crossdresser Halloween poll I was surprised to learn that almost 25% of you lovely ladies don’t crossdress on Halloween. I cried a bit inside, for me Halloween without crossdressing is like Thanksgiving without turkey, or Christmas without Santa. I was pleasantly surprised at how many of you (19%) used your Halloween costume as a way to come out. You go girl!

Dear Vanessa – shoes of course are always poll worthy. Interested to see how yours turns out.
But a quick observation about the cute red boots pictured in this post. They really are not impossibly high heeled. They look to me quite wearable really. Practice, practice practice dear friend. Aim high in life, and in heels…
Touche Petra, I do find anything above 3″ a bit intimidating. I guess ‘impossibly’ and ‘high heels’ don’t go in the same sentence for crossdressers…
Oh boots of course, high heeled, but ankle high, knee high, thigh high!,
scrunched down. buckled, lace up grannies, and laced up dominatrix style. I just plain love boots. Oh, even the white square heeled go go style that the SeaGals wear while cheering on the Seahawks. A girl can dream right? I own two pairs of black knee high boots, with 4 to 5″ heels, ok not practical but they look and feel so good, and I’m not bad at walking in them. And a pair of lace up ankle high boots with a 4″ heel. Oh I have other shoes, pumps, and high heeled strappy sandals but if I were on a desert island, well, it would be with my boots.

Weather dictates boots at the moment. Not sure about the current fade for ‘over the knee’ style – the make me feel like Captain Jack Sparrow’s confused cousin
Pumps – or heels – are nice and a good pair of shoes can make or break an outfit. While I love my heels, in recent years I’ve (slavishly?) tried wedges and flats. Flat boots I quite like- certainly less painful!
