Wow!!!! I just watched a movie I turned on randomly on Amazon Prime. It was titled, " The Space Between Us". Never heard of it before tonight. Very realistic! Very Good! 4 and 1/2 stars. I don't want to send any spoilers but I must say....I do not cry....I just don't....but I did.
If anyone wants a good, clean, heartwarming movie for the evening, give it a look. It surprised me. If anyone watches it, can you leave a note to determine if it was just me or...?
Cheers!
Steph
A scifi book that would interest this group is “Regiment of Women” by Thomas Berger. It is set in a future where Women are running the world and men live in formally feminine role as submissive and weak and wearing what used to be woman’s clothes. Thomas Berger also wrote Little Big Man which I saw in the movies. But enjoyed this as well obviously.
I've always lived scifi. We watched Star Trek when I was a kid. Coupled with the Apollo missions it all seemed possible. Then Starwars was to this day the single most enthralling cinematic experience I've ever had. I was 10 years old and it was the first PG movie I ever saw. So many other great Sci fi shows and movies. The Expanse was really good.
