So I've noticed posts on the forum about movies and books about/featuring crossdressers and crossdressing. So my question is has anyone read or encountered any books on, about, or featuring crossdressers and/or crossdressing?

I have an article coming out shortly on CDH called 'A Crossdresser's Reading List'. It's entirely composed of non-fiction titles though ... are you thinking more along the lines of fiction?
If you look on Amazon you'll see that Kindle is awash with relatively short CD/TG fiction titles. Much of it is erotica but by no means all of it is; some of it looks terrible, but I'm equally sure that some of it will be rather good! Hopefully there will be people on here who have read a few of the titles and who can make recommendations.
Your question got me interested in finding out about longer novels with mtf crossdressing or transgender characters, especially ones with good reviews, and I quickly found:
'Detransition, Baby' by Torrey Peters
'Bellies', by Nicola Dinan
If you're into classics there's 'Orlando' by Virginia Woolf, and if you want something that's light, funny and actually quite touching then there's 'The Dress Circle' by Laurie Graham. I've actually read both of these. 'Orlando' can be quite heavy going but 'The Dress Circle' is great and portrays the crossdressing husband in a very positive and sympathetic light.

I picked up a book today in a shop near me, it was called BRAS i thought it was a book about lingerie, when i open it it was all about garden's,
The author was called Sebastian Bras, I think he was a keen gardener,
