With the weather getting warmer and Covid rules relaxing, quite a few of us will be hitting the highway to go somewhere, anywhere, just to be out, or taking a cruise through the country for the day.
I'm curious about 10 songs that we would put on a CD to play in the car and burn up some miles listening to. So, we need 10 that might get you a speeding ticket if you don't have cruise control on your ride. And, let's only use one song per artist/group. Here's 10 from me:
1) Born To Run... Bruce Springsteen
2) Seven Seas Of Rhye... Queen
3) Smokin'... Boston
4) Don't Fear The Reaper... Blue Oyster Cult
5) Roll Me Away... Bob Seger
6) Carry On My Wayward Son... Kansas
7) Train, Train... Blackfoot
8) Gel... Collective Soul
9) Twilight Zone... Golden Earring
10) Jessica... The Allman Brothers.

I can't provide just 10. Anything from Skillet, Red, Thousand Foot Krutch, The Letter Black, and a few other bands will do the trick. I'm oddly enough into the same music my drab alter is into. But he knows what he likes and knows it's good.
I added my whole list so you can decide the best 10. I couldn’t do it.

Hi Paula,
LOVE the Golden Earring inclusion. Twilight Zone is awesome, but I think id go Radar Love...driving all night, hands wet on the wheel.
The whole album "Moontan" is driving perfection. Started with "Radar Love" and each song just ups the game until the end, where if you're not at 100mph then your already pulled over!
Driving rhythm in a fast car lol. That drum solo on radar love, low and almost menacing at the start. I feel like my wheels are just hovering above the road.
