I can’t recall if Polly Jean Harvey has been discussed here before, but in addition to being one of my favourite musicians she has definitely been a big style icon. She definitely can go all over the place and it’s not always my favourite but recently I thought of a dress I have seen her wear that has always been one I really envied.
When celebrity outfits comes up I always struggle to think of a good answer, but this certain dark red sparkly halter dress that ties all around the neck... that’s the one. Anyone know what I’m taking about? Not an uncommon image of her and my absolute favourite look! I think it was early 00s, not my favourite time for her music but definitely when she was looking sexiest!
Just looked up PJ Harvey and saw the dress you mentioned. And wow! Definitely. And yeah, been years since I listened to her and even then it was not often.

i am also now remembering in the late 90s or early 00s she would wear these strapless yellow dresses I love too. God, I’ve wanted to be her most of my life! Looked a picture of her wearing one of them and she’s got these pointy pink heels on with it. Just the coolest!
