The previous events page was a bit complex to make an entry, but now it looks just like a forum!
This should be for upcoming stuff, and be real-time, so don't post up something in 6 months, but try to keep it in the next month...
recurring meetups (every 2nd tuesday at JJs Coffee house at 4) should be individual posts, and the post should be closed the day after the outing to keep comments from three months ago from covering up what's going on this week.
I encourage y'all to put your events up so that friends may find that serendipitus event they didn't have any idea about, and come join in!
It's not listed with the forums (as far as I know..) but you can find it under Social, then Events and Meetups.
@billiejay Any event posted will show in the Forum recent topics and replies list as well.

I encourage folks to post the date and city/state of where the event is being held in the title of your forum post so it's easy for folks to look for events near them!

There’s a party in Vancouver on the 30th of December. I got 2 tickets tho I might need to find a person for the other ticket depending on if the person I bought it for ever replies to me. They sell tickets at the door day of and online too.
