Dear readers,
It's been a wonderful blessing to receive your emails and comments. I read every one of them, even though I don't always have the time to respond to each of you personally, your words inspire me. The thing I love reading the most are stories of of your crossdressing breakthroughs. Whether it's a small success or a major personal achievement my heart sings along with yours. When I struggle with my transgendered nature (which I do, from time to time), your stories bring me strength.
The other day I was thinking - there are other crossdressers out there who would love to read your crossdressing success story. Whether it's the first time you got your makeup done in public, or your first night our as your alter ego - your words will help lift up a sister when they're down and give hope to someone who has yet to leave the closet.
If you've had a crossdressing success please take a few moments to write it down to share it. You don't need to be Shakespeare, and your story doesn't need to be long - just a few sincere words spoken to a friend.

I can definitely relate to Petra's story. It sounds like she has such a great feminine feeling for life and herself. I've been dressing for over 40 years and love it everytime when I can "just kick back my heels" and be Patrice. I have gone shopping while dressed and have been treated so nicely by the sales staff. At one small "girdle and corset shop", the owner looks forward to my visits and encourages me to try on some items before purchasing them. I just love using a dressing room and feeling like a lady. Other women have seen me and sort of just smiled and ignored me. (I wonder if their husbands dress and they wished he would come to buy his own lingerie, rather than use hers.) She has measured me over the years and I feel that I am wearing the right size bra. (I've heard that 8 out of 10 women wear wrong size bra). She has also helped me with buying the right panty girdles/briefs. Well, besides lingerie, I love shopping for dresses and blouses and shoes and makeup, etc. Oh, girls are so lucky. Anyway, it is an amazing thing for me, as I'm sure for the millions of other "girls" out there to be feminine. Many times I wish I was born female. Hugs to all, and thank you for letting me share, Patrice.
Hello everyone. I think I can contribute here:
My biggest crossdressing success story has got to be meeting my girlfriend 6 years ago. I told her about it in the early time of our relationship and she had no experience with the subject but was willing to accept it (since it doesn't do any harm).
The real success, however, is that soon after witnessing it in action she turned out to like it - a lot. Now we both get as much enjoyment out of it. She told me later that she now has a fetish for crossdressing men and doesn't think she'd ever want to be with someone who doesn't do it.
Until I met her, I was unsure if I'd ever meet a woman who would like it. Now I'm sure there are many and I think what helped a lot was how I told her. If you're interested in more details, check out this article I wrote at malefemininity.com titled (guess what) "crossdressing".
I went to my sisters annual halloween party a few years back and dressed up like a schoolgirl with a bit of gothic touch, as i wore a dark short pleated plaid skirt and black pantyhose with 4" high heel boots.I had on a long sleeve white shirt under a short sleeve black shirt which was shorter than the white shirt as i have seen lots of girls wear the first shirt longer than the secong shirt they would wear. everyone got a laugh and complimented on how sexy my legs were as I can thank the pantyhose for that. I plan to go this year as a schoolgirl again with a different touch or go dressed as a lesbian hooker.
hi everyone my name is cathlyn i am a crossdresser but i found out by my counsellor witch i am seeing on a weekly basis that i am transgender . you see i dress everyday as a female and i dress complet with make up and nail polish . i started seeing her about a month ago and i was dressed as a women the first thing she asked me is how do you feel so i told her that i feel like a women and she said that is good and you have to do what makes you happy and if you are happier being a women then go for it so i am now i can say that i am happy being a women
I've always been a closet cd all my life, I was reading a story here about one of us going out for the first time, she was saying that she went out in her men's street clothes for drives, so I thought I will give it a try, I've been a Crossdresser since I was 8 and kept this secret to myself.
I got up the nerve and put a nice dress and panties and a bra on under my clothes and was going to take a drive with my wig and heels but I chickened out, but still it's the closest I've come to putting it out there, one day I will.
