Yes I have gynectomastia recently diagnosed from medications. Frankly, I'm pleased with the diagnosis have always wanted breasts and now have about a B cup! Like wearing bras, but have difficulty finding 42 B sizes.
Marie,
That was a good article - very well presented. I too have enlarged breasts from gynecomastia. It was good to learn more about what that is about.

I developed gynecomastia over 7 years ago due to different medications I'm on, I got tested and got put on testosterone cream for 2 months until they found it was to much and was making my breasts bigger. Being a crossdresser I was secretly pleased that I actually had my own breasts and could throw away my fake breast forms. My issue now though is trying to find bras that fit, due to my medical condition (back not bending properly so it causes lots of pain so can't exercise properly) I've put on lots of weight so I find it very difficult to find a bra that now fits. Dresses and panties are fine I can get them to fit its just the bra. It's soooooo not fair lol have nice sized boobs but no bras to take advantage of them. (Yes have tried both ebay and amazon)

Thank you for bringing this subject up Marie Claire. I do have gynecomastia. Indeed, it was brutal being teased for many, many years. Even now I feel very uneasy to go swimming. I tried very hard to hide them on the other hand I really love having them and hope that they are bigger. I have been wearing bras when I am home alone; and enjoy the feeling of wearing it. I wish males, whether we have gynecomastia or not, should be free to wear it if we choose it wherever and whenever. We should also need to help children to accept their body and not teasing others with a different appearance.

I have gynecomastia and wear my wife’s sport bras. They give adequate support and don’t show under my clothes. I also enjoy the comforting hug they provide.

I remember trying on lingerie when I was young. Married and didn't have an urge for a long time. Then, I would buy and purge, little things. Lurked on cross dressing sites. Gave myself an alter name. Went out a few times, dressed, when traveling.
I now have gynecomastia and fill a C cup. So wearing a bra is now a necessity. I do wear panties and leggings because they are more comfortable. Also a nightgown to bed. My wife is fine with this. Now, I am more concerned about people noticing my breasts or bra when I am out. Interesting how my perspective has changed as i get older.

I have gynecomastia and wear a bra just about all the time. If you wear shirts that have a pattern or one of the fishing shirts that sporting goods stores sells will hide most bras. Another thing that I found keeps a bra from standing out is to not have the bra strap adjuster pushed all the way down. I used to do that until I found out I was wearing my bras too low in the back. When I do that it created a larger bump under the back of my top and is much easier to see. Two hook bra straps seem to show more than wider 3 or 4 hook ones. If you put on a cami it helps hide the bra. Wider bra straps can show less too. I don't wear oversized shirts to try and hide my bra, larger tops just make me look bigger and that's not a good look for me. I would rather someone see that I have one on than look like I'm wearing a tent.
I like to wear sheer bras or bralettes instead of padded bras when going out in guy mode. I save my pushup bras for Carla mode.
