Hi Jackie, it's Scarlett! I absolutely loved your article and love your look even more than the article. You look fabulous from top to bottom! Jackie, did you steal a pair of my Hanes opaque black tights and a pair of my Liz Claiborne suede ankle booties!
Take a few minutes and peruse through my 350 public photos. You'll see me wearing those same tights and booties with either my wool skater skirt ensembles or my wool Calvin Klein black wool dresses!
I love the entire look - the hair color and style, the makeup, the nail polish and lipstick (I always go really red as well with both unless I'm wearing a burgundy top or dress and then I go with burgundy lipstick and nail polish!). I love the dress and your accessories!

I've never had a pro makeover. I've learned all of my makeup application skills on line though Google which takes me directly to the You Tube makeup application videos and I've watched hundreds of them! I've learned that no two girls put on their makeup the same way in the same order!
My first time out in public over three or four years ago was to our nearest mall and the first shop I stopped into as Scarlett was the Sephora shop. The girls had absolutely no idea I was a guy in that cute classy outfit. Until one of the girls asked me if I needed any help finding anything in particular. When I talked to her with my handsome husband voice, she was in shock. She said, "Holy Cow, I had no idea you were a guy!" Did you put that outfit together yourself and who did your makeup? You're gorgeous! Do you mind me getting the rest of the staff to come over and check you out?" I said, "Heck no, bring them all over!" They all came over and were in shock as well that they were actually looking at a guy instead of a cute, pretty, sexy, classy girl! And they all wanted to get their phones and take selfies with me!
That's when my confidence soared and I was never scared to go out in public as Scarlett ever again!

Hi Scarlet, it is hard not to see your pics. Your style is very much like mine, I bought a skater skirt on Amazon, but it was really cheap looking so I never wear it. I really want a Suit with a flared skirt, but never seem to find one at Burlington Coat Factory or TJ Maxx or Stein Mart where I do most of my shopping

And with those legs of yours in those black tights with that same pair of black suede ankle booties on or a black suede pair of knee high boots with a wide belt and a snug fitting knit top, you would look like a sexy million bucks!

I bought the Booties at DSW about 2 years ago. I like them because they have a 3 inch heel and they are made by GUESS. Tights I have no idea of what brand they are and there are no tags
If they have not tags, they are probably Hanes...That's how i tell them apart from the ones I don't like as much.
My ankle booties have a three inch heel to them as well and are extremely comfortable and I could run a 100 yard dash in them!
Don't forget to Google for "Wool Skater Skirts" or go on Amazon looking for them. Paired with the black tights and suede ankle booties with a wide belt it's both a cute and a sexy look!

I completely understand Jackie! Before I do each photo shoot, I have to just drink a lot of water for three days and stay away from the soft drinks and candy! The years are catching up with me rather quickly!

Omg what a BEAUTIFUL story how lucky are you that's what I want and need to do also to have my makeup done buy a woman makeup artist. Who can help me with my own makeup. I've been a girl my entire LIFE since I'm 12 years old. I'm an only child with a BEAUTIFUL MOTHER who knows I'm HAPPIER as Ambermaria. Who ALWAYS knew I was dressing in her clothes all my teen years and FINALLY when I turned 18 yrs old she FINALLY met her DAUGHTER she ALWAYS knew I was. She just stood there and gave me a BIG BIG HUG AND SAID I FINALLY HAVE A DAUGHTER. SHE HAS MADE ME MORE FEMININE THAN I CAN EVER IMAGINE. IM SO SO GRATEFUL TO BE HER DAUGHTER.
