How To Reset Your Password

Have you ever locked your keys inside your car? It's a helpless feeling as you look longingly at the keys dangling from your dashboard trying to think of a way to get back in. It's the same feeling when you're locked out of an account for a website you use - whether it's Facebook, Gmail or your account here on Crossdresser Heaven, it can be frustrating to be locked out.

If you've lost your password, or can't get into your Crossdresser Heaven account for any reason, we're here to help! Start by going through the password reset steps below. If these don't work you can contact me and I'll help you get in.

Step by Step Guide to Reset Your Crossdresser Heaven Password

Click the Login button in the upper right corner:

You will then see a screen that asks you to enter your login details. Since you don't have your password, click Lost your password?

Enter your username or email and click 'Reset Password'. This will send an email to the email address on your account that will allow you to reset your password.

Wait a few minutes, and open the email from Crossdresser Heaven. Click the link at the bottom of the email. If your email program doesn't allow you to click the link, copy the link and paste it into your web browser.

If you don't receive an email, check your spam folder and add community@crossdresserheaven.com to your address book.

After clicking the link a web page will open that allows you to choose a new password. A secure password will be pre-populated. If you'd like to use this one please make sure you take note of it somewhere or in a password manager.

You can also choose your own password. Pick one that contains both letters and numbers, and isn't easy for anyone to guess. Click Reset Password and your password will be reset!

Success! Your password has now been reset. Click Log in and enter your username and the new password you chose.
