I love the natural feel and realism if my own breasts. I just need a little more fullness.
I love having real breast. I always had man boobs, but thank to natural supplements I have filled out quite nicely. I chose to use bovine ovary supplement instead of PM.
Do suppliments really work to give a man real breasts, where would I get them and what are they called, I would love to have real breast's.

I used bovine ovary and had good results. I chose them over trying peurmirfaca because it didnt have as many negitives.
I took them off and on over the course of a year, always stopping after around 3 months. I saw results and decided to go for it. I took them for around 4-5 months ,2 in the am with a protien drink and 2 more in the evening. I then cut back to 1 and 1. For around another month. Then I stopped, but feel the the girls have not! Im still loosing weight, but they have kept growing and filling out my bras more. There is information, pro and con so I can not tell you it'll work, but it did for me. You can get bovine ovary made by Swansons. Just google it if interested. They say taking it longer than 4 months, the result could be permanent. From my experience I have to agree.

There are a couple that have a lot of positve feed backs. I chose to take bivine ovary over peuramirfaca. And have good results. My breast are bigger even though i have been losing weight.
I have man boobs as well, HRT may or may not make them grow, I will only get implants if absolutely necessary. I am open to suggestions. Of course, I will consult with my doctor. Like I said, I don't relish the thought of surgery unless it is absolutely necessary,

Hopefully you get or got my post. Bovine Ovary by Swansons has worked for me. I recommend doing your own research, but there are 2 supplements that seem to work according to post Ive found on google. 1. Peuramirfacta. Plant based supplement that I have not tried. 2. Bovine ovary by Swansons. The BO did work for me. Im loosing weight but the girls are getting bigger. I would wear a bra when i was bigger thinking i had the right size even though one was bigger than the other but always had wrinkles in the material. But after taking BO, off and on for a year. Then finally took it for about 6 months straight, those same bras are bulging. Do some research before trying either. Then make your own decision to try either one, or not.
P.S. I did not feel any side affects while taking B.O.
