Curious would you have bottom surgery vaginoplasty done if could do it or no. Personally my situation is that scheduled to have this procedure done in November this Year.
Oh ,sorry girls...no surgeon would work on this 75 year old unit! !
Never felt the need investigate that option.
As a Surgeon, I have gone to professional courses here in Seattle on this topic. In the public component, most seats were occupied by parents with their minor to adult children.

Hi Donna if i was in my 20's and not married i would certainly get it done, but as I'm in my late 60's i think I'm well past having it done,
I shall just live as a crossdresser for the rest of my life,

Donna...I have 2 close friends who are many years post operative. Both require continuous need for " Tune-up " surgery. Also, their is considerable maintenance required of the patient to keep "things working ".

No thanks. I only crossdress part time and I think my wife would protest if my pluming changed to much.
Now if I by some strange event got it done (mixup at the hospital - in for colonoscopy, out with a new hole between my legs) I do wonder if I would want to change back, not so sure about that part.

Yes My Dr told me some of the maintence envolved. Understand need to do some as they call it dilation.

use to own one of those vagina panties made of silicone used it few times was ok but way hot to wear. Was fully function unit. See self in mirror looked pretty good. Looking forward to having a real one wish they could go ahead and put all the other plumbing in too.

Absolutely no. At 67 as far as I might want to go is HRT. Some time just crossdressing is not enough. I just sometimes want to feel more a woman.

Was single at the time, seriously thought about it, did all the research, read the SOC completely, figured the costs, looked for docs/therapists near me. Life happened, twas not to be. Regrets? Yeah, I guess, but they've also pretty much receded into history.
