Do you have a favorite fabric for your lingerie?
For me, it's lace.
it took me less than a second to answer, there is something about satin, the way it wraps around your body, the feeling is just unique. It hugs you and makes you feel warm and sexy

@carloscloset I've had some silk underwear and I just love it. I'm a lace girl too!
@carloscloset Lace for me. I really adore Bali Lace n' Smooth and Rago Lacette. Those could be more of shapewear, but they are what I love to wear. I have some favorite Silky or Nylon lingerie, which comes in a close second. I will say this, there is nothing like wearing silk undies with pantyhose or stockings. That feeling is what got me started in dressing up.
@carloscloset For me it is nylon or anything sheer. The only issue seems to be that finding nylon fabrics seems to require vintage shopping, but I like those styles anyway, so....

Mine would be Satin in first place. Nothing is as nice as satin against your skin, but it can be a bit warm in summer. Cotton and Microfiber are next. They are comfortable, wear well and good in any season.

It would depend on the item for me. I love cotton panties. Cotton nighties in the winter and satin in the warmer months. And probably my favorite piece of lingerie, the teddie, I love, love, love lace.
Nylon and satin for me.
"Simply silk" for summer nightwear. cami's ,french knickers and full length nighties. Cap that off with a shaved "bod"... Ah!!! nocturnal bliss!!
Winter I go functional. Thermal cami fleecy pj's and panty hose/ tights for daytime. Gotta be in drab on the outside

@ryanpaul Silk wasn't a choice but that is the nicest feeling fabric for me and it is priced accordingly.
@michellemybell Here here Michelle... Silk for me too. Australian hot summer nights demand bra and forms, silk cami and french knickers and a short silk chemise over these.

Definitely satin for me! There is something special having that soft, shiny material against my skin, and it looks really good too.
I always wear 100% cotton bras and panties 🙂!! Cotton just feels really nice against my skin! I prefer cotton dresses 👗 as well for the same reason.

Good question, Satin was everything before finding / wearing lace, then nylon hose, then cotton panties, nightgowns, etc., etc. Nowadays microfiber & some spandex seems to be a small percentage of a lot I have. Love it all I guess, to the point that I haven't worn my briefs or boxers in a while.
