@valentina16 I’m a bigger girl, so I think D’s are kind of appropriate for me.

@valentina16 The only woman who ever commented on my breasts size was a slim sales clerk who lamented that mine were bigger than hers.

It is not my intention to embarrass a GG.

@valentina16 I began, like so many others, with a love of large breasts both on women and on me. As I dressed more and more and eventually began venturing in the public eye I found I wanted to look more natural, more balanced.

That's when I began to decrease the size of my forms. Originally I was a D or large C, my cups overflowing. Then I tried a size smaller and was "comfortable" until I found some of my beloved blouses were stretching the buttons. An unsightly situation for sure. I purchased the next size down and bras with less abundant cups and discovered they felt "natural". I was balanced in my overall figure, no longer the Leaning Tower, no more bursting at the seams.

Now they are my daily fare. My B's are Me and I love me. I still have the others and wear them for certain outfits, dresses that need more fulfillment, swim suits that push the limits. But I am happy B-ing. Thank God for choices.

@cherylt This makes total sense. Unfortunately, I don’t go out much so I dabble mostly indoors. Actually, thinking about it, my outdoor pair are a veritable B. So I’m there with you! 💚

@cherylt I started off acquiring only smaller forms. Cup sizes are relative, therefore weight and shapes are more accurate.

It is actually difficult to find cups small enough for some of my forms. 😘

@gafran I have could be too quite possibly Fran. Certainly an A-cup. I was quite amazed recently when I tried on a 46B bra with slight padding and noticed I had a small cleavage. It’s why I don’t go swimming with friends any more. I say I’m comfortable in my own skin but maybe I’m not quite 😔

Happy Sunday 💚

Mine started growing and showing in my early teens. I never went shirtless. I was teased about it. Even my sister said 'why don't you wear a bra?'

Well now I can and do a 38 B.  My GG friend knows about Fran. Also knows how to do bra fittings. She's my goto for girly advice! 🥰

@gafran I guess you’re among the lucky few who have support from the ever accepting world. I am left to my own devices, no expert to call upon. Having said that, I do sometimes wish that I could help with my SO’s choice and fitting of bras - almost flat cardboard encasements, no doubt practical and minimising, but sensual lace seems to be left at the back of the drawer, no doubt pining for a walk in the park through the spring trees and fresh air brushing through its veins. Hey ho. 💚

I certainly count my GG friend as a blessing. I wish all our innerselves could experience the same. It would make our world a lot better and safer.

But we do have the inner strength of our CDH community. That's a plus for us.

Girl Power! 🥰

Same for me Fran. Tried to hide them all through my teens. Got worse as I got older.  Now I see it as a blessing in disguise.  I'm a D without any help.  Saved plenty by not needing forms. 🙂

@joannajoy I now concur. However, in the madness of my own privacy, I do admit wearing F and deliberately bouncing off walls and doors etc. just to explore the feeling. I am occasionally a bit silly in this regard. But I have fun! Doesn’t make me a bad person, I contend. ☺️

@valentina16 I have found that a small B with what I have naturally works best for me. My “girls” look nice, with the right bra, I can show a bit of cleavage when I want to. They are very comfortable in helping me to blend in and in wearing my bras, no issues with my back or shoulders! Smile Face

@valentina16 I am happy with my B cup obtained from the breast augmentation operation, when I run or play sports it does not cause excessive shaking, except for the right amount of movement that makes me feel more feminine in the eyes of those who observe me.

@mocha If I were to have surgical implants, I would probably do similar, thought having a 46” chest, I would take advice on a C.

I personally like my breast to be proportional to my body. I may go as large as a "C" but never larger than that.

I picked C because it seemed to be about the right size … Goldilocks if you will ( not too big,  not too small).

I even recall seeing a study that suggested C was the “optimal” size but the question is always what you are trying to optimize.

one other reason- I use forms that I can glue onto my chest (I also add a bra) and anything bigger than C is hopeless to keep on.🤦🏽‍♀️

@mirandam yes, there is some extra freedom in going bra-less with adhesive forms. If I’m driving underdressed, I sometimes resort to adhesive. Quite natural and reasonably quick to remove if that becomes ‘necessary’.

@alanmann Go to the Breast form store website and buy yourself a set of Gold Seals. $$ for $$ lb for lb, the best forms of the market. Get some double sided tape and adhesive wipes and grow to love "having you own boobs" without needing a bra to hold them.

I have two other sets, but on the rare occasions I get to "go public" I use the GoldSeals.

Caty.

@alanmann this side of the pond, I now prefer Invicta, available on eBay, reasonably priced, durable, in all sizes. I used to use Special Trade, but, whilst perhaps more authentic, found them less robust, especially after wearing them through the night, waking up to find splits. Good luck.

I voted for B although I think C might be better for my frame. I am hoping to lose more weight so B is far more proportional and, at some point, I actually wouldn't mind getting closer to an A cup.

I think I differ than a lot of girls (here and everywhere) when I say I prefer smaller breasts in general. I would never go above a C and even C seems too big for me. My goal is a 36B or maybe even 34A/B if I can get down to it. Depending on how much they show. I still want "something" of course!

@nataliecd I was once slightly mentored/coached by a lovely TG lady in New Hampshire (some years ago on EP, I do wish I could remember her name, lovely person) and she impressed on everyone including me, that you should be proportional. And B-C is I think just that. They look more beautiful (imho). Though I have a 44-46” chest which proportionally allows a D cup. Though I do think small is somehow best. I admit though to having wild F sessions in private, accidentally bouncing against doorframes, just for sensational fun! 😌

Thank you for sharing 💚

@nataliecd i'm with you on this one too. I have a pretty small frame and am just looking to add a little something so I look more proportional. i don't have proper forms yet but am playing around with smaller fillers first to see if I can get the desired look that way. tbd if that will be enough for me.

@brycenee24 I see you’re from the US, west coast. Do you have eBay options to buy Invicta forms? They are quite abundant in the UK at a relatively affordable $25 or so. 💚

Proportional to my size and build. I wear 48 D bras. I have a breastplate that I repaired and three breast forms. I bought them by trial and error. First a D, which, given my size and build, went almost unnoticed. A chart (based on the weight of the forms) that I found recommended buying a GG to better fill the cup of a 48 D bra, but they weren't available then and I needed them urgently, so I ordered the DD. It worked for me for the moment until I managed to buy the GG, which is the one I use most often. With makeup, the breastplate looks pretty real. So I marked the F plus on the survey.

@firefly We are about the same size. My longtime 44” is creeping up to an undeniable 46”, and I occasionally buy 48” just to experiment. I find some bras (especially Pretty Secrets, Claire), you can buy C cup and they happily cope with more without unsightly (to my private eye) bulging.

A journey Gisela, a journey! 💚

@valentina16 Maybe it's worth it. I bought mine smaller because of my inexperience. Rookie mistake.

They recommend the larger size for bras larger than 44. The silicone stretch a lot. The problem is that sometimes the silicone breaks when you are putting them on and you have to have special tape on hand to repair it. But it's easy. Although one does not want to be repairing such an expensive accessory.

I had no choice, because getting it through customs when I received the order was a real headache. They asked me for a certificate from a surgeon. I had a hard time convincing them that there would be no surgery involved, so I didn't want to go through that and preferred to have it repaired rather than process the exchange.

I bought my breastplate at The Breast Form Store which has an ad here on CDH. My three breast forms on Amazon.

I hope you find the information useful.

i never wore forms until recently so all my bras were purchased in A cup with the intention of them hugging as close to my flat chest as possible. a few months back I bought my first forms ever in A Cup because that is what would fit in my bras. I love the look and feel but recently I’ve been curious to try out C cups.. I have a smaller frame so not  sure  how it will look but I’m excited Lol

@coloradog1 I can relate to this. Suggestion: try a B-C bra with stretch, I currently prefer Pretty Secrets, ‘Claire’. A nominal B or C cup seems hugging without but well able to cope beautifully with even D forms. Enjoy!

I have 2 cup sizes based off of my band size, B and C.  I've tossed around the idea of going to an A cup, but alas money is in short supply so that will be on the back burner for now.

I like both sizes, B and C.  No complaints.  I don't like them any bigger as it does not look right on me.

I have two sets a B and a C, but of course it depends on band size. I am tight in a 36 and currently fit better in a 38. So my smaller dorms fit me well in a 36 B and my larger set fills a 38 C.

Conversly, my small forms wod fill a 38A and my large ine a 36D. These days the 38Cs work best for my build and frame.  I am busty, but overly large and they just look porportionally best.

Gosh, 36 and 38 band size! I feel like the Incredible Hulk at 44-46! I am comfortable going up to D cup, I like B-C as it feels petite. If I’m in a rampant reckless mood I will bounce around off walls etc in my F cup. Most silly but also fun!

I prefer the smaller A or B sizes, just to stay a little petite in that department.  A smaller size also helps fitting non stretching dresses over my shoulders.

@kiaja Hope it goes well. Do share, if you want. I see there are all manner of pumps, creams, tonics etc etc, all quite expensive I suspect. I’m sure I read that even eating peanuts would enhance breast size. It may do, but it also seems to increase my waistline too. Hey ho.

I'm a pretty tall and (shoulders big) girl, so D or DD is comfortable.

I'll do E when I'm feeling especially girly and want to show off a bit. My sisters are also pretty big on top, so it seems it's kinda genetic. 😀

If I feel a bit conservative going out Maybe just a Full B Cup..
