This was my first time at Keystone and the experience of meeting some many new people was amazing! Both my partner, Cindy, and I had such a great time making new friends and attending as many workshops and presentations as possible. The night we arrived, we attended the Pink Party and the welcoming we received was fantastic!

As the Conference moved through Friday and Saturday, we reveled in the new friends we met, the discussions we had with others, and the over all love we felt from everyone at the Conference.

The biggest takeaway that I found was that so many were here on CDH, and yet I had never joined because I was on the sister site TGH (cause, well, I'm transitioning). I'm so glad that I joined up at CDH and have got in contact with friends that we met at the Conference.

Sadly, yesterday was a hard day for me because I missed the wonderful experience of the Conference and the wonderful people I met. Knowing that Cindy and I will be back next year, and that I will be farther along in my transition journey, has me already looking forward to 2024!

Thank you to each and every one of you, whether I was able to met and talk with you or not. You made my first Conference a very memorable one!

Hugs and Love🤗😘💖

Gwenn

I can’t agree more Carole, meeting others like ourselves is something I can’t suggest enough. I am proud to be associated with cdh, we are the classiest group of ladies on the web and we are no different in person.

I never saw your name badge so didn't realize you were Susan Talbot from CDH. For some reason I didn't take any photos that night so if you run across any I would love to see them.

Was your interest piqued in the VC after meeting so many of it's members?

Yes it was to be honest they were all nice and very kind.  In the same breath our CDH gals were super nice.

I will ask Jane for the pics. I know the waiter took them. If I get some I will share them with you.

I just loved meeting everyone! I thought the seminars were good but I might skip most of them next year. The most fun I had was going to the bar or lobby and just seeing who passed thru. Or even just popping in to the restaurant across the street for lunch just to see if I'd run into anyone. Everywhere I went there was always a cdh girl there to talk to. So nice just walking down the stairs and oh there's Elaine, oh wait there's kris in the lobby, walk into the bar and there's kelly and mel at a table. It was a wonderful time, I still almost can't believe it happened. Sad i have to wait a whole year to do it again.

Was my first year and wasn't sure how I was going to feel. When I got their I felt liked I belong not an outsider. I felt like I finally fully came to being me. And of course meeting everyone I still can't put it in words

I have to say Alex the bar reminded me of cheers it was a place “where everybody knows your name” . Everywhere I looked I saw  another familiar cdh face it was really cool and Alex I’m glad you were among them. As I walked in and I was waiting for someone to yell Norm! Lol

I would go with "All of the above" but since I can only pick 1 I had to go with meet other people.
This was not only my first keystone but it was the first time ever I been to any kind of rainbow people event. Before this I met 3 people from CDH and that's it. I haven't found anything around ottawa that I can go to.

Now if anyone is interested in a meetup here around I'm in.

I would love to attend a Keystone conference but it is in March and as Snowbirds we are in Florida; OK theoretically I could fly up attend and fly back but that is beyond my means. Another thing is that I live only 80 miles from Harrisburg so it would be an easy drive. Move it to June or have another one in the Fall! Best, an envious, Marlene.

This was my first year and it's safe to say it exceeded my expectations. My favorite moments were talking with my CDH sisters and meeting new people. I didn't attend any workshops or venture to any outside locations. I was perfectly content wandering from lunch to social mixer to dinner and the bar (with some picture taking throughout) for 2 1/2 days.

There was plenty of light and bubbly conversations with new friends and deep and introspective conversations with older ones. They were all wonderful and those connections are really at the heart of what a social gathering like this is at it's best. I certainly hope I can make it next year and I encourage anyone who is on the fence, but able to attend, to do so one day. It's totally worth it!

Sadly at the last moment, I had to cancel… I was so excited to attend and even picked out my Gala evening dress!   I want to take this opportunity to thank the lovely ladies who shared their experiences at Keystone 2023… the consensus of their experience is to meet friends from CDH and new friends… hopefully next year I can thank you all personally for your friendship and support… thank you again ladies for taking the time to write “Your Favorite Thing About Keystone”.     Warmest regards, Leonara

First meeting so many and those from Cdh and the other reasons mention too. My wife and I had a wonderful time,  she actually spoke to many more than I and couldn't stop by laugh how popular some of the significant others were there chatting up a storm.  Certainly no hiding of me to her socializing with all.  Lol.. I just behaved and carried our purses.. 👛

The conference was as I expected a truly positive experience and a  great confinance booster for anyone. Attend it if you can,  you won't be disappointed.. oh by the way you just might meet my partner she make you feel right.

Stephanie 🌷
