Hi Ladies!
The second Friday in October every year is World Egg Day!
This year it's this Friday, October 8.
So, in honour of the day, how do you enjoy your eggs? let me know, and happy world egg day!

Nuking eggs works too. But put a slightly weighted lid on the bowl since the egg can still blow-up even if you poke it some prior to the microwave radiation.  Nuking works great for bacon too! 2 minute for eggs and 3 for bacon on high and then stand back!

Thanks Barb! Now that's a different way to have your eggs and bacon too!

I had no idea such a celebration existed. Did some research just now. There's an international organization dedicated to promoting eggs:

Who knew? Obviously you, Stephanie, and thank you!

Definitely not boiled. I love them that way, but they don't love me back!

Every which way please!

- although eggs benedict is a treat - I don't cook it myself.

I'll also treat myself to duck eggs from time to time.

I like to have all my eggs in one basket! Failing that a soft boiled egg with toasted soldiers steeped in butter....Mmmmmm.

Hi Stephanie,

Have a look in your local butchers, or check out a farmers market. Shame to die without a try?
