Good day to you all....

I was moisturising last night, and I actually thought....gosh, I wonder if you would be doing this if it wasn't for grace ???

So....questions ---

Since you discovered the girl in you, are you taking more care of her??...

Do you eat better and exercise more to get into that LBD, than you ever did to get into your overalls or business suit??

Did you take care of your skin and your body in general more or less before the girl took over??

Has the girl in you made your lifestyle healthier??......

Could the girl in you be pro longing your life??

I know I have changed my body regime quite dramatically....

....have you???

Have a good day my lovelies !!

Grace xx

Excellent post, Grace, and good morning.

Yes, I DO take better care. I never used a moisturizer in y life, before, now I do my regimen daily, I watch what I eat, and I am trying to exercise regularly, full disclosure, my goal is having hips and a bum, lol.

My skin is improving, my posture is better, and my mental health is sublime, lol

Hugs, Regi👸💕

Good questions Grace and I was reflecting on this just the other day.

Fundamentally the answer is yes. Jen is trying to be fitter and healthier than her drab self. I now moisturise almost daily, exercise almost daily and generally have a keener eye on my body shape and tone.

The one thing that has not yet changed is the diet but then both of me have been vegetarian for over thirty years now. Jen does drink wine in preference to pale ales so more Jen time would probably see a sea change in that too!

Curiously I am finding that Jen's influence is also making me generally more attentive towards my SO.

Hi sweetie, oh definitely, absolutely, certainly appreciate the work it actually takes
to achieve the feminine requirements needed. Having said that more products are now on the markets for men. But basic things like eating, and fitness etc cross both divides. Girls just seem to have more to do to maintain their femininity. Lol Amanda xx

Oh absolutely I take better care of Sandy than the other guy. Eat healthier and take really good care of my skin. I also keep my home cleaner and clutter free. I have also found I'm calmer and seem to not stress over small things when Sandy is in full bloom.

Grace, 100% YES!  You hit the big two that apply to me - losing/maintaining weight to fit my femme wardrobe (or desired wardrobe…meowwwww), and skin care.

Stuff I never cared about in terms of a little blemish here or there are now things I’m pointing out to my dermatologist for removal even though they are totally benign, and as I result I have to pay out-of-pocket for their removal.  That’s probably not as much about health as it is about vanity, but hey, let me categorize it as a health expense so that I don’t lament spending the money…..sunspot removal from my cheek or those cute sandles with the sexy buttons on the straps and the block heel…wait a minute…those shoes will help my posture so they’re also really a health expense and I should get both, yeah, that’s the ticket!

Absolutely! She’s still overweight, but she gets much better skin and hair care, and she’s eating a little less.

Hi Grace I do believe I take better care of my fem self. I do eat healthier and take care of my skin much more as you have mentioned with daily moisturizing. I am planning to start yoga with my wife. We both agree that we have to stretch and strengthen our muscle base in order to just get around and to do simple things that our youth take for granted. What is interesting most people recognize and do understand that GG's are constantly dealing with hormonal changes and the effects they have on the body. The male body also goes through hormonal changes . Most people just laugh it off to be no big deal. I believe CDs are more aware of those hormonal changes and try to deal with them the best they can. Hair loss on my head has been making me crazy. I do not like losing my hair on my head. It impacts my mental health and how I feel about myself. I believe there is a balancing act of hormones that is going on in our bodies. GG's bodies produce less estrogen as they age and they some experience more facial hair growth, thinning hair, and more middle weight gain. Their skin texture starts to change. We get experience less body hair growth, which I love and my wife would like. Now that I think about it. Society is more accepting of the hormonal changes that men's bodies experience and are less tolerant of the female hormonal changes. What did GGs do before HRT I guess they relied on more natural plant based remedies to help with their body changes. In the end we are all humans and we have to care for our bodies, our mind and our spirit. What ever the needs of are chosen partner in life  should be addressed. We can help our gg partner plucking out unwanted facial hair and they can help by sharing some of their learned beauty secrets they have learned along the way Sorry for ranting.  I know i have always indentified with the female gender. I wanted what they wanted. To feel good about my self physically, mentally and emotionally. To tell you the truth I could not tell you what is important for men. Judging by physical appearance only, I do not think most men give a s..t as long as they are comfortable and if they do give a s..t and care too much for their body and looks they are looked at as gay or a narcissist. We humans are a very confusing species. Just take care  of your self physically, mentally and spiritually so you live a longer more productive life. It much shorter than most believe. Just make sure you find a partner that can help you feel good about your self and you can return the same. Stay healthy ladies.

Luv Stephanie

Absolutely and without a doubt!  I had let my man self GO! Giant gut (for my frame) that I was repulsed by, but never did anything about.  Splotchy back hair that I didn't like, but didn't do anything about and had no skin care whatsoever and totally out of shape.

Enter Tara in December. I've removed all back hair, I moisturize, I exercise and, most importantly, I've lost 25 pounds to get down to my target weight! If not for Tara, I would've never even tried. I'm even way more motivated to exercise if I have the opportunity to do it en femme (I exercise inside). Even if I can just wear my sports bra. It helps!

I started out with exercise and waist training (wearing a steel boned corset - about $25 on Amazon) and used it to help modify my food portions. While wearing it, you will be MISERABLE if you eat too much, so it helped me realize how much I was overeating.  (It's a similar principle to bariatric surgery.)  I wear it about 12 hours a day and I've gone from an XL on the widest setting WITH the extender to wearing a MEDIUM without an extender.  I have two hooks to go before I'm on the smallest medium size. So, I can tell you that waist training has certainly helped me!

So, short story long, YES!  🙂

*kisses* tara 🙂

Most definitely yes Gracie.

Once I discovered my femme side I cut out sugar and lost 20 pounds and I moisturize daily.

I always worked out but I cut back on weights.

Being a girl is definitely healthier for me.

Thanks for the great topic sweetie🤗❤️

Karley....I so agree.

I think every man has a girl inside him somewhere....it's just that some girls are hidden far deeper down than others.....

Huggs to you and Deli.
