An ideal career for the real you

Interesting question, it's really cool seeing a lot of the responses.

For me, I'd love to be a game tester. I love video games, and it's something that both my male self and female self share a love for. Sure it's not anything impressive, but that's something I'd like as my ideal career.

Though as a backup I would say running a large-sized clothing store. Then I could help people that can't find the right size of clothes in other places, women who need a bigger than the other stores sell them bra or just anything.

I think id like to be a personal trainer, helping people get into the shape they want while I am in/can maintain my new shape :).

Hmmm, for the real me, I can tell you with absolute certainty the career I would avoid at all costs, and it is IT.  I have had it with demanding and cranky end users who believe they are exempt from procedures/policies, and want things their way come hell or high water.  It is an incredibly stressful field.

One field I totally enjoy is fitness.  I believe in physical and mental well being, and taking care of the physical part the mental part falls right into place.  I feel fully relaxed and stress free after a good work out.

Another area would be full transformation services (like makeup, clothes, wigs, ...) for CDers and transgendered people.  I would love to be part of their journey towards their true self.

I would see no reason to stop doing what I currently do. I'm an entertainer. And I'd probably like to finally put my Journalism degree to use.

Owning a club or bar is too much stress so I would like to bartender a small pub that caters to tgs, cds, and gays here in Los Angeles. We had such a place here where they had drag shows in the evenings and during the day was a quiet bar for the cd community where you could go and socialize with others cds and admirers. Here the drag queens bartended during the day and offered newbies and closeted cds a place to drink and socialize during daytime hours. It was a wonderful enviroment.

It's nothing to do with my dressing but I would like to have been a psychologist. The workings of the mind interest me greatly and I'm a good listener with a compassionate side but also a very blunt honest side.

HI Deborah I believe i know the place you are talking about. QM I just learned recently it closed down that's too bad. . Something else will take its place because there is a need that's for sure. This Covid issue has taken its toll on face to face get together s. I feel bad for so many small businesses have been forced to close

There’s a little place in town here that sells fishing bait and ice cream. Yep, quite the combination. Did you want minnows with that? I would love to own and run that place. Talked to the owner about it once. Not for sale.
