To start with it hope you find a few if not several similar aged girls in here. But if you don't please stick with the site. Alot of us older galz have regrets that we didn't exercise our inner woman at a younger age. I know I do. It would have been wonderful to have the kind of advice and encouragement that we see here on CDH as twenty something or a thirty something.

Welcome, and yes there are many ages here, and at one time I was 18, only it was nearly 50 years ago now.

There are lots of great girls here of various ages, and we don't mind our varied ages.

Hello Chloe and Welcome To CDH  hon!!

I don't know how many girls here are in your age group, but know that you are as welcome here as everyone else.   I, like so many of us, am also over 18 too.  But age isn't quite as important as some may think.   I am still 21, and will celebrate that awesome age for the 41st time this summer.  Only get as old as you feel hon.

I also was deep into finding my femme self when I was 18 like you.  I am almost afraid to say that  was back in 1978.  Then, we did not have the resources or the welcoming community of many others like us.  Those closets were nailed shut for so many back then.

Your opportunities today are so vast now and society more easily accepts girls like us than ever before, most of the time.   Stay with us here in CDH for a while.  We have a lot of tips and hints we can share with you, and if you saw Grace's thread this weekend, lots of humor too.  Don't be shy with your questions either.  I am almost unembarrassable, and we can probably answer most anything you ask, public or pm.

Have fun, make friends and enjoy the company.

Like most of the replies you have received I am well over 18, but I would like to welcome you anyway, as the others have said, age does not matter, but I can understand wanting to reach out to other girls in your age group. Hopefully you will find someone you can be friends with. You have a long future ahead of you, make sure you enjoy every minute, I, like my contemporaries  were not so lucky at your age, there was no internet and very few places like CDH where we could find friends. The world is a very different place now, I am sure you will find someone in your age group, in the meantime you can always chat to the 'old people'! ha ha.... Have a lovely day x

Chloe, hope you find other girls your age. But age is just a number. You'll find girls from all backgrounds and experiences here, and each of them is worth chatting with. Enjoy yourself and don't take for granted the wonderful privilege you have. As you can see from the comments, not all of us were able to begin our femme journey earlier.
