I saw something over the weekend that gave me pause. I’ll save my thoughts for a bit because I’d like to see yours.
As I was going into a CVS to pick up a prescription I saw a man coming out. He was wearing a yellow dress that had seen better days (and those days were in the 70s), multicolored leggings, and high heels. He also had three or four day facial stubble, his hair was unkempt, and looked as is he might be fighting a substance addiction.
with the struggle we face every day to normalize our dressing in mind, what are your thoughts on this situation? Is this a step forward or another mark against us? (And please feel free to tell me if I’m being insensitive. It really just gave me pause.)
