Charles Spence an Oxford University food scientist has discovered the right way to eat your chocolate Biscuits. Yep your are reading this correctly. The correct way is to bring your biscuits with the chocolate facing upwards to your mouth, this creates a visual anticipation of the taste to follow. Then you must flip it over with the chocolate facing downwards before you take your first bite. This is because the most tastebuds on on the surface of your tongue. Gosh what job these scientists have. So are you eating your wrong or right?
Reminds me of the very serious research into the perfect dunking time for a biccie. Apparently between 3.5 and 5 seconds depending on the type of biscuit. I will try the chocky biccie method later.
Amanda...
I don't have a scientific method....
getting a chocolate biscuit into my mouth as quickly as possible is the only approach I have really perfected....works for me.
....and now I know dark chocolate is good for me.....omg

Hi Amanda and Grace,
How about dunking first?
Alice
absolutely Amanda, this is serious business! 🤣🤣
Love and hugs, Stephanie
where do I apply?
So, a North America, somewhat equivalent, is the correct way to eat a Pringle chip. Not sure you have across the Atlantic, if not, there is this google thing catching on. Apparently the correct way to eat is the way they are stacked, since the seasoning in on the bottom side, even if flipping gives you the nice "tongue hug" feel. Just my thoughts on a different but "somewhat" related topic.
Hugs
Heather
PS - I didn't have one of these on my last trip to London so seems I may need another trip
Alice...dunking is wonderful....unless you are a witch!!!!
