We don't have to flip it here in the US. The closest thing is the Keebler Fudge Stripes. They have a chocolate bottom, then the cookie, and then a few stripes of chocolate drizzled across the top. So the chocolate is already on the bottom, and visually on top you see both the cookie and the chocolate.
