Hello everyone,
Does anyone know if it's normal to experience back pain when first wearing a pocket bra with your breast forms? I recently bought a pair of breast forms along with a pocket bra for them and I really love them, except for the fact that I am currently experiencing some slight discomfort in my back as a result. I contacted the seller via email and they assured me that it is normal for first time users to feel some amount of pain at first. Is what they told me true? I don't remember my breast forms hurting my back the last time I owned a pair. I'm starting to get worried that maybe the pocket bra is too tight or maybe the quality isn't that great. The last pair of breast forms I owned were like DD's or something. The ones I have now are 34C, so I'd assume that these would hurt less if anything due to less weight. Should I take a break from wearing them? Or should I tough it out and keep wearing it daily until I'm used to it? Any input on the matter would be greatly appreciated. Thank you! - Angelica
Thank you for your suggestion, I will definitely try one of those bras out!
I have found that pocket bras are uncomfortable and really don't hold forms well. I noticed that my forms would sort of hang out instead on fit against my chest. So I ditched pocket bras and now just wear bras that women wear everyday. I wear underwire bras and I have never had a form slip under the wire. I think looking back I thought I needed pocket bras but found out I don't. I like a wide band and wide shoulder straps for comfort.
