I was wondering what brand shapewear you prefer and why? I use Maidenform and overall am happy but I’m always looking for something better. Any recommendations?

I have an assortment of brands, from walmart, secret, jockey, maidenform, and ones from aliexpress. My shapewear preference is constantly evolving.
I was wearing the walmart one for the longest time, as it fit very well yet it wasn't so tight that you couldn't breath. However, I am now shifting towards maidenform, as it has an opening for the bathroom.
Yes the gusset opening is very important!
this one is really subjective. Different for each person. You can try aliexpress for inexpensive ways to try different types and styles. For comfort, I'm all over the map about styles or design, not finding much that I like. For function (not always comfortable), the expensive self-tie corsets are about the only way to go.
