Hello Ladies!
I'm thinking I may try my first time going out. What are the best places to go that don't really require speaking lol and is safe. This would be at night
Hi Stephanie. I would try the mall or outside outlet stores. I went to the mall on my first time out. You can browse and walk around without needing to speak. It is also safe. Just my opinion. I am very excited for you! You will do great!

Hi Stephanie, many of the girls here go out for a drive and stop to fuel up. For myself I picked a park and stopped there, but this was in the day, first thing in the morning just after sunrise. Do be careful of any outing at night.

was going to say mall but start small maybe go to local Walmart or grocery store.
I met a GG friend at a Panera. Safe, well lit...it was a very comfortable first time out for me.

You know it's first time out .
You know you're going to be nervous , probably scared stiff .
Go slow and simple . Go for a drive . Go to a indoor bank ATM . Mail a letter .
After awhile you're going to feel more comfortable and confident .
My first time, besides Halloween, was a CD group outing. Whenever I got gas, I'd always pay at the pump to avoid interacting with anyone. Now, I have no qualms about walking inside to pay. I agree that you have to be careful about getting gas after dark, especially when alone. On more than one occasion, guys have tried to pick me up. Some were pretty persistent.
I like the suggestions so far as stepping stones and places to ‘pass by’ quickly, but for a simple night out then how about a visit to the cinema ? choose a suitable film, buy your sweets before hand and have a night out watching a film - very little social interaction and somewhere to dress up or down depending on the type of film you are going to see. Then if you are still feeling brave have a snack on the way home...
I have been out and about for ever so have no qualms about going just about anywhere nowadays, but have helped new girls on their journey with accompanied trips to for a meal or to a venue (LGBT+ or TG friendly)
So enjoy and get out there !

Late night shopping outlets and metropolitan areas are always good. I tend to avoid anywhere where I know there will be lots of drunk testosterone, such as areas with sports bars or youngsters on their weekend binge drinking.
It sounds counter-intuitive but the busier, more well heeled and upmarket parts of town I've generally found safest. You can disappear in a crowd.
Stepping small but walking tall can help too wherever you choose to go. Having an air of confidence will carry you further and more safely than any furtive shuffling.
A mall on a Sunday or Monday would be good as those are usually the slowest days. Strip malls and shopping centers are also easy places to practice your walk at.
Parks are good in daylight, but change to edgy once it gets dark, and some towns close them at night anyway.
If you are in the U.S., go to a Denny's or IHOP during their slow times for a quick meal or even just a cup of tea or coffee.
Look around and find where you would be comfortable at and watch the traffic flow at different times of the day. Keep safe but enjoy being out in the fresh air.

Stay away from the shadows, a lone woman out at night attracts the wrong type of attention.
Daytime mooching amongst crowds is by far the safest way to travel.
My first time out was walking from my house to the car. Then I drove around a bit. I stopped at a few shopping centers and just got out and walked around.
wow! Thank you for these amazing suggestions. Some of them I didn't even think of and after reading them I kinda went "Duh, I'm silly" 😆
I love this community.
My first, and only outing so far, was a broad daylight visit to a riverside park. Far enough from home not to know anyone and reasonably busy with families and couples walking around.
I would go for walk a discreet neighborhood first where I checked before that there are few people in the streets, but you are not alone completely. And of course rather wear jeans and pumps instead of miniskirt and high heels.
