Though I hate the expression, this is on my bucket list. I was going to do it in 2020, the wife of a CD friend of mine was a professional photographer and did very types of portraiture. Then the pandemic shut everything down. With no business she decided to pack it all in, and sold most of her equipment!
So I haven't got back into finding someone to do this for me. As part of this I'd like my makeup also professionally done as well.

I find most big cities have such services often all in one, but at a minimum, you can get a professional makeover at some place like Ulta or Sephora and then do the shoot at a studio. Many VF transformation studios have an association with a professional photographer who will do a photo shoot on-site so you can dress, and get makeup all I'm one place.
