Greetings! In another thread on breasts, I saw a couple of casual references to exercises that increase breast size, but with no details. I know of no such exercises and would be eager to learn about them and begin the regiment. I would like to grow my breasts naturally, as I am a bit afraid to try supplements or hormones unless I know they are totally safe and they will not reduce the size of my man parts or diminish my sexual performance. That said, exercising sounds very safe. Please share, what exercises have helped you increase your bust?

Breasts don’t have muscle groups, it’s the underlying pectoral muscles which,if developed, may make breasts appear larger by increasing the ‘foundation’ the breasts sit on.
Push ups and bench work such as bench presses etc help.
Personally I take the easy option and learned women’s little secrets, push up bras, two sizes bigger padded bras, chicken fillets etc, and luckily like mine small and pert.

Enhance what you got. Pushup bras and silicone pads are my go to. My lack of exercise has increased my size more than anything. I used to work out in my 20s and did a lot of bench presses. Now the muscle has began to sag and a push up bra lifts them nicely

One of the exercises you may be talking about is an isometric one I read about in the little pamphlet my sister brought home from school when she was like in 5th grade, when they started teaching the girls about feminine hygiene. I found her copy when I was about 13 and read it thoroughly as I was trying everything in my power to become more like she was than what my body was becoming.
All you have to do is put your palms together in front of you at nipple height, bring your elbows up and even with them, then press your palms together for 3 to 5 seconds, then relax for about the same. You will notice that your pec muscles begin to lift some independently of the other muscle groups. This was illustrated in the pamphlet along with a little chant to recite while doing it-- "We must, we must, we must increase our bust." At first I thought the chant was kind of silly, but found that it takes about 3 to 5 seconds to recite it, then you know when to relax the muscles.
I agree with Bianca, that the exercise by itself won't increase your breast size, it will tone the appearance you have and also put a little mass behind any fatty breast tissue you may have, which will make your figure look more femme. I have done this exercise off and on for many years and like the results I have attained. When I do them, I will do 4 sets of 25 while doing some other things, like reading or letting my nails dry, etc. Some fitness sites will tell you that some of the 'planking' exercises will also work, but you would have to look for those in some of the women's fitness sites.

I have one for you. My aunt would go to the cupboard every morning and pick out two large cans of canned peaches. Standing in the kitchen she would hold one in each hand, she would extend her arms straight out in front of her, then move her arms back into a T formation. Then move the arms forward and tap the cans and back again and again. It would resemble doing dumbell flys but standing. I was staying with her for a week when I was 11. I walked in on her moring routine and asked what she was doing and why. She said the exercise kept her breasts from sagging.

You want to develop the pectoral muscles in order to make your breasts appear more full. And it is great fun to make them dance!
Gabrielle, I also have enough flabby flesh around my nipples to nearly fill a b cup bra. Using a "Nubra' helps to create a nice, natural looking cleavage. I also have some very silky, unlined, under-wire bras that my little girls fill out, just fine. I love the way my nipples stick out and show when I wear a thin top or tee-shirt.
