To answer your questions Carla from my experience.

1. In essence no, they won't give what they claim as Lynda says, we would all have a nice pair. However what I will say is that at the start I had trouble filling a small dome but after quite a while I could fill them. At the end of each session the breasts were swollen but that settled back after a while.

2. The immediate effects are therefore temporary. However it had stretched the breast tissue as I did detect a small amount of extra tissue. I wear a standard non padded underwired bra with a silicone booster form in each cup. I pull my breast tissue over it and I can create a cleavage. After quite a while of using the breast pump I had gone from a 36B to a D. I had a small 150 gram booster with the B and now use a 300 gram in each D cup and it remains hidden and secure. In my case I can say that there was some permanent effect but not so much without help.

3. I did not use them with any other therapy although I used a lot of moisturizer to stop chafing and redness.

There was a program on the television which covered the topic of breast enlargement for women and covered all therapies, one being a breast pump. The lady did a strict regime using an electric pump and at the end she had a very small amount of enlargement which was put down to the tissue being stretched, as in my case.  any other non surgical method had little or no effect. The obvious way to get larger breasts was to have implants. In our case hormones could enlarge the breasts but results will vary from person to person in adulthood.
