Christmas Blessings

Just wanted to share my Christmas blessing on this Christmas Eve.  Today is Sunday Christmas Eve this morning I dressed in my red floral dress panty hose and black platform 1 inch heel boots.  I went to Mass at 8:30 with my daughter and granddaughter.  When I got home my EX wanted me to drive her to an outlet mall an hour away and my 17 year old granddaughter came along.  while there I treated myself to getting a second piercing in my ears.  that along with my new gel nails I got earlier this week was my Christmas treat to me.  This evening  I went to Christmas Eve Mass by myself (rest of the family was going at a different time).

  At this evening's mass I nearly broke down crying several times.  You see 17 years ago on December 12 my Granddaughter was born.  She was a suprise baby and born out of wedlock.  On Christmas Eve Mass 17 years ago we took the baby to her first mass.  I think my daughter was a little worried what people would think, BUT all went well.  All evening tonight this was playing in my mind and I nearly broke out crying.  It was not sad or happy but SOOOO emotional. 

  This made me feel so blessed for my family AND the acceptance I have found in my Church family.  AND I SO HOPE YOU ALL CAN FIND A BLESSING FOR YOURSELF AND YOUR FAMILT TODAY.
