Hello Girls this is about defining your own style, or are you trying to create your own style. Well I am defining mine which I would describe as a mixture of fifties and seventies era, I love the old fifties hairstyles, probably due to my mother. Who's hairstyle never changed from that time, I loved the way the mature women always dressed conservatively. I also loved the Handbags as well, you could hide a brick in them. Now Jewellery for me its Pearl everything nothing else will do, bigger and chunkier the better. The fifties through to the seventies had one thing in common for me Fur Coats, Mum and all my Aunties had one. The Seventies had one thing I still adore but can't find, Skin Tight Boots with Platform Heels & Soles god do I love them. All of my Aunties and Mum wore Headscarves never went out without one. Shoes quite simply Black Patent High Heels, and strappy shoes for the summer. I personally love figure hugging Knee length Skirts, this comes from my teenage years where I saw all the lovely girls at the disco's wearing them. Blouses have to be chiffon and be able to see your bra through them. Dresses are quite simple they have to be bodycon, however my mother when she went on a proper night out as she would say, wore a full length evening dress which I have a ponchon for. I wish she new that. My first sighting of womens lingerie was my mothers roll on girdle with suspenders absolutely lovely, I do have one of those and a cross your heart bra. So as you can tell I am a right mixed up bird, but I do love my style. So you wonderful girls whats yours.

I can't wait
Hi Sarah,
I buy a lot of my cloths at Goodwills (charity shops to our out of country folks).
Any way I would pick something up I liked and my wife would stearnly tell me "thats out of style and it's been out a while"
Well as our friend Grace told us here and me before she wears what she likes and that's the philosophy I am going for from now on.
I If I like it and feel I don't look too ridiculous I'm wearing it.
Grace has proven to me that you can look great in whatever as long as you do it tastefully and with confidence and it makes you happy.
Hugs Patty
That's fantastic Patty go for it girl, show your wife a new style.
Best Wishes

So ladies I would say I definitely have “a” style, but maybe not as classy and flashy as Grace. I usually over dress and love nice pencil skirts, blouses, heels (expensive nice ones 😬) and nice jewelry that I probably don’t need to spend quite so much on. I unfortunately end up looking like a snobby trophy wife or snooty management level employee. I do have some more casual things for around the house or The occasional casual mood but almost always dress up when I’m out. My style is pretty much set and I don’t experiment much anymore. I don’t have anything against any other styles but I’m just set in my ways and always loved that 80’s and 90’s classy business and well kept look. But darn it I wish I had a little more Grace in me and was a little more adventurous with colors.

I think I definitely have my own style, with my current style of dress. Somewhat rockabilly, boho, difficult to say!
But I love it!
I'm in the "I wouldn't know style if I tripped over it" brigade, I'll wear anything once and if I like it I'll keep it, pretty haphazard way of assembling a wardrobe I know but it works for me.
Hi Sarah,
Love your fashion. For me being in the military I tend to swing towards a fashionable colorful Tom boy if you will. I would like to dress as a female with just a hint of male (very very little). I love bright colors you know the usual girly colors. I would also like a few nice dresses as well. This hasn’t happened yet but always have my dreams. Hugs Katey
Hi Sarah, right now I'd have to say my style is practical. Have to dress for the event and the weather. You can catch me today on the fashion runway wearing my red ski jacket, black snow pants, toque and black snow boots (the temperature is minus 26 Celsius with wind chill and it snowed again - two nights in a row). Sitting here in front of the computer, I'm wearing my flirty skater skirt, ladies hoodie and ladies moccasins. To fit in with the CIS gals in my community in northwest Canada, I guess I'd say our style is casual. Usually skinny jeans or leggings with an androgynous top. Oops, I just looked at the clock, and it is time to change clothes to go for my morning walk. Stay safe, stay healthy, Hugs, Krista.
