Well have you ever given a thought to your digital estate after your death?.
With the rapid rise of online working and being even more dependent on the internet advice is now always important on your digital estate..
Do you have Facebook Instagram or
Twitter accounts, well even here. Would you like your accounts memorialised. Facebook have a provision for a "Legacy contact" someone nominated to look after your memorialised account or delete it completely. Twitter allows someone authorised to act on behalf to deactivate an account. Instagram will memorialise an account on a valid request, and evidence of death. Family or legal representatives can request an account be deleted.
What of your account here do you think they should offer this opportunity to your digital account?.
Would you like your digital social media accounts to be memorialised, or as I feel not for me?
Whats you view, have you got your digital estate sorted pre death?.
Lol Amanda xx
Hi Amanda,
A terrific question! We’ll wait to here from an ambassador about CDH options.
Alice
sounds like a great thought. Would go for it if were allowed by Amassadors.

You know, it's not something I have ever thought of? I am pretty sure I will outlive my beloved, so I am not even sure who I would trust access to.
Surely something to think about, though.
Hugs, Regi💕👸
hello honey...
when i saw your title....i thought it was the new Jason Statham film....
but being honest.....
if I'm lying in state...i wont care a fig about my digital estate.
i don't do any type of social media except cdh....and i never work from a computer.
i expect even Amazon will stop sending me e-mails when i've been dead a few years!!!!......let me just fade away....if there's an afterlife, i can always come back to my cdh account anyway....
grace x
Oh me too sweetie, just let me fade away. xx
Well I hope it's a question and a topic that will give us something to think about in this digital world Regine xx
Hi Amanda!
If Such an option became available on CDH I would ask a trusted friend on CDH to look after my CDH account.
Love and hugs, Stephanie 💖
Well only those that run the site can answer that question Stephanie xx
As it happens I've come up with my own take on this. I don't really do social media, so that aspect doesn't bother me. But if I was to die tomorrow, there's a letter in my will for my girls (both over 30!) to read, because they'll be in the dark about an entire aspect of me once they see Marti's wardrobe and quite reasonably have unanswered questions.
Ideally it wouldn't be needed because I've come out to them.
But if not, I've tried to get across where I'm at and why I haven't shared with them before. I've explained they'll need to close down my account here, and that anyway it's probably the best place for them to visit, to understand better what cross dressing is all about.
And who better than you sweet lovelies to give them sensible answers?
Marti xxx
That's a lovely thought.

Other than here, I don't use social media anymore. There's too much negativity for my taste. My wife and I have hooked about what our collection of offspring would think of our stuff... my clothes and our toys. Our kids will likely freak out a little bit and we think it's sort of funny...

Hi Amanda:
Some eye-opening thoughts!
Now that you've got me thinking about it, I'll put in my will that all my digital hard-drives will be CRUSHED by sledgehammer! Goodness, me... some of my CD photos should never, ever be double-clicked.
Best,
Barb :B
Marti sweetie,
I hope obviously by then you have explained it person to your children.
But if not the girls on here will certainly explain everything to them, and what a pleasure it was to know you, and the enjoyment you bought to so many here.
In the mean time keep safe and keep on lighting up the site for a long time yet sweetie.
Lol Amanda xx
my wife and i briefly talked about our digital footprint (emails for example). we bantered about a password file that we will keep under lock and key until the other passes, but we haven't gotten around to it.
one thing though is if you are active on any forum/website, and you pass on, how would your audience know what happened to you ?
