I have always used DIY forms that I have made using balloons. I’m lucky that I’ve never had any break while wearing them. They give me the weight and bounce of natural. Anyone have any opinions on a reasonable price to pay for a set of forms that will have the weight and bounce of being natural?

You can definitely find forms on Amazon for way less than $100, but I wouldn't expect much.  I think you can buy some decent ones from Roanyer in the $100-150 range.  Lots of girls here like them.  They're on Amazon too and I think they run ads here on CDH.  I have some Aphrodite forms that I bought from The Breastform Store.  They look and feel great, but they're pricey.  Since going on HRT I don't use them much anymore.  Nothing beats the real deal!

Very happy for you Samantha!  That's a big step!  Hope things go well.  Don't spend too much on forms.  You won't need them after a while!

I have purchased both triangle and teardrop forms on Amazon.  I like the teardrop forms much more.  The DD teardrop forms I bought were about $95.00.  I started out using water filled balloons and like the forms infinitely better.  I wear them most evenings and every night to bed.

Have done both over many years, tho not the balloons, just rice filled panty hose, with a knot for the nipple!!! Plus some lipstick on the knot/nipple for "colouration"

Later edit.. It's so long ago, I should have stated my "nipple/areola" was the foot of the panty hose, the "nipple" was the lippy...

Have not bought any cheapies from Amazon et al, mostly cos my finances allowed good silicon ones from places like the Breast Form store. EG Transform Gold Seals $ for $$ lb for  lb, the best on the market. Attachable with adhesive wipes to give that "these  are part of me" feeling

I defy anyone to say that once they have gone silicon, they will go back to "improvising"

Caty,

I use some fro a company called “ecoup silicone breast forms“. They can be found on Amazon. Search for that name. They are very reasonably priced. Normally they are about $60. They are on sale for 40% off now. All silicon, just the right weight, feel pretty good, natural look, and more…

I have PALS forms. they are made of gel, so can't burst. You can even pierce the nipple etc. Great product. Not the cheapest, but by far the best I have had.

I used DIY for years until I was gifted a pair of forms and then I purchased another pair of Gold Seal from BFS; best thing to do.

  1. I suggest bird seed or rice in sandwich bags sealed tightly.I also have made thick foam rubber cone shaped forms, but the most realistic are the B cup flesh colored silicone forms online from China that I spent less than $30 pair.
  2. try all three.

Amazon has lots. I prefer ECOUP  lots to choose from.  Color weight and shapes.  Self adhering or not. Price point is really reasonable.  I love them.  My preferred size is triangle 1200g or 1600g.

Lately I have also been getting HEARSA waterdrop forms. Aka saggy boobs. You have to increase weight for the projection you want but so much more realistic as I am a "mature" lady.

If you need help on size and projection let me know.  Just remember that each cup size is 1 inch larger than band width. 40 band 42 bust is 40B etc

I got my first forms from the Glamour Boutique in NJ. They were silicon gel filled starter forms and I paid around $80. I've been wearing them almost every day for 14 months and like them a lot.

I made and use rice filled pantyhose.  As I only dress at home it is the easiest and cost effective for me.

When I first began going out dressed, I made my breastforms out of old pantyhose. They were OK and easy to shape in a bra. Then a couple of years later, I wanted more of that natural look and feel. I began using water balloons. I could carefully control the amount of water I put in them to make them both the same size.

In my bra they had a nice natural feel and bounce. Fortunately, I never had one break, but I was careful to not bump them into anything or anyone. At times, I felt the pantyhose forms were safer.

Then years later I decided to get some real forms. I didn't know if I should get B,C or D. I decided to get all three in foam. They were much cheaper. I wore all three and depending on what I was wearing, I liked them all. So I decided to get the same size forms in silicone. Love them, they feel so wonderful when they are in my bra. So femme feeling. But unless I have them glued in, I have to be careful of how I move, especially bending down. I have had the forms slip out of the bra, especially the D forms. Still, I love the look. So if I'm going out and have some concerns about the forms slipping out of my bra, I either make sure to glue them in place, or wear the foam forms. The foam is lighter, fits nicely in my bra and they don't slip out.

To me, being femme is all about having sexy legs, nice breasts and pretty hair. I always try to get them right.
