Do you want to see your SO in the style of clothes you buy/wear as a CD?

I have contemplated this a few times. My conclusion is kinda. My style is more what I find attractive on all women which would/could project to an SO but ad I have found out thru experience is that not all things look right on all people. What looks great on me doesn't necessarily look great on all.

Then there is style conflict, not everyone has my type of style and likes. I prefer women in dresses or skirts. More and more women don't even own a dress or skirt.

I would have to say yes, but my wife and I have two very different styles. I am definitely more of a skirt and blouse or dress girl whereas my wife prefers a more relaxed look as she goes for jeans or capris with tees (long and short sleeve). That being said, I have admitted to my wife that I would love to see her to wear a dress or skirt more often.

My wife lives in jeans and sweatshirts, so any femme clothing would make a nice change! To see her wearing one of my outfits would be weird since I tend to dress a bit on the tarty side. She doesn't approve anyway, so an unlikely scenario, but an entertaining thought. Thank you!

Yes, before I fully came out to my wife with my crossdressing, the things I hoped she would wear were what I always thought about wearing myself. The lingerie I bought her especially was the type I wanted to wear. We are completely different sizes so I could not partake, but seeing her in them was just as special for me as they were not really her type, but she wore them for me since she knew I liked to see them on her. In underwear, my wife is more of a cotton and comfort girl where I like all the frilly lace and bows that make me feel so feminine. In outerwear, wife wife is normally in jeans or leggings but does wear a dress or skirt quite often for work or when we go out together. So overall, no complaints from my side.

I have shopped with my beloved wifey over the years and as with most women her style has become much more casual. She shakes her head at my collection of heels and dresses and says it is unrealistic except for a rich little trophy wife (which I would happily be if she could afford me 😂😂). She definitely has her own style and I don’t have any issues with it, BUT I do wish she wore cuter shoes. She has some foot issues and heels will just about cripple her so I don’t push.   I can’t remember which of our esteemed ladies recently wrote a post about do we dress to be our ideal woman, and I personally have found my ideal woman in my wifey and wouldn’t trade her for anything. Are our styles different yes, but we do have some similarities and don’t have issues with each others style and I enjoy our differences and unique perspectives. Wouldn’t it be a boring world with lousy shopping if we were all the same?

Given that my wife almost never wear skirt/dress or heels I say yes.

Now as to what that's another story. I mean, the cd clothes I want to wear or the ones I do wear? To some level I would say yes to both but not sure I want to leave the house in what I want to wear.

What I want to wear are many times sexy clothes on skinny body and while I sometimes do wear it on my fat body I know it looks awful so I just enjoy the feeling/fantasy and avoid the mirrors. She would look great in it but it's of course not something we would want to go out in public in.

What I do wear when going out in public is more of the middle age lady that always wear skirt/dress and since that would be a step up from what she currently wear I would welcome it.

Now I do love her for what she have between her ears, not what she wear or doesn't wear.

My wife and I have some differences in styles we like, but there are also overlaps. The difference in our size also precludes a lot of sharing, as I am almost a foot taller than her, so many things just aren't going to fit, not only in size, but in style.

In some cases it works out, though. She recently ordered a set of thigh-highs that I really liked, and it turned out that they were too large for her, but a prefect fit for me, so they're mine now! 😀

We both have a thing for lacy items, and some vintage styles, etc., and in the areas where we do overlap, we coordinate our purchases. But in general there is enough differences in the particulars of what we like, and would look good on either of us specifically, that it isn't an issue.

At times, yes, I have bought her something I would love to wear, but it's just part of the overlap in our tastes, not projecting. Sometimes they just don't have it in my size, but I know she would love it too!

I'm all about "wear what makes YOU happy"

If my SO likes leggings and a top, great! If she likes jeans and whatever...cool!

I just want the freedom to wear what makes ME happy without judgement.

I appreciate it when she tells me if something looks unflattering, but I want to be free from ANYONE to wear what I like....

So, I don't put MY likes/dislikes on my SO if I can help it.

My wife and I have our own styles. She tends to wear modern cut jeans and full length dresses. I'm currently more into skirts, skinny jeans and more mid-length things like cocktail dresses with pantyhose.

I've not purchased any clothes for her that I've worn but she has asked if I wanted a couple things that didn't fit her. We're close in shoe size so I've worn a couple pairs of her heels recently though.

Hey Chloe, you are so lucky. To be a shoe size the same as your wife is awesome. I struggle to find shoes for my big feet which is annoying.

I'm lucky to be about a women's 9-9.5 depending on the brand!

Yes like all my wife has her own style also but in the last year or so she has come around a bit to Stephanies Style as now she has a few pair of heels and has many dresses which she wears more often than she used to now if can get her to use a bit more often some makeup would be nice .. So working on it ha ha ..

Hey Mackenzie, My wife is the same. She finds comfort in wearing leggings and pants rather than dresses or Skirts. I completely understand as there is more effort required when wearing the latter. However she came home from shopping last week with a new Short denim Skirt ready for Summer. Seeing it on her was sexy and quite a nice change.
