Does anyone dress half-way en-femme at home?

I only wear my wig sometimes in the house. They wear out fast enough as it is and I don't want to speed that up. I wear lipstick every day and occasionally eye shadow. But that's as far as makeup goes when I'm staying inside all day. I always wear some type of skirt or dress when home, never pants. Sometimes I'll lounge around a good part of the day in just a full slip, bra and panties. 

I am among the majority. I wear bra and panties for sure, and usually a dress or blouse and skirt. This is my partners preference if I have to present at all en  femme and it saves the time it takes to do my face. A limerick comes to mind..

For beauty I am not a star..

There are others more lovely by far;

But my face I don't mind it 

Because I'm behind it; 

It's the people in front that I jar.

I drive a18 wheeler and I where bra paintes black women's pants or shorts depending on the weather and women's tshirts and a little eye shadow everyday. My nails are painted unsauly black of course toes are painted to. Where tercos rings different waist bands. I thinking about getting eras percist and bellybutton lol

Yes! Only about 75% of the time I dress is fully en femme. Usually I am just hanging around the house in a skirt or sundress drinking a couple beers. Women’s clothes are more comfortable to me. As for breast forms, wig and makeup I love to do that as well but not all the time. It’s alot of work

I guess I am half dressed all the time. I always have panties and a bra on. All my panties are Wacoal. I have no men’s  underwear. I normally always have a Wacoal Elevated Allure Bra on everyday, all day. My breasts have grown to an H cup but the WEA bra only goes to G in a 42. I fill it nicely, but to that end they are not concealable at all. I’m getting more confident with letting them show and now wear tops that are more clingy just to be more obvious. I don’t really get the chance to wear skirts much anymore and miss doing so. When I traveled around the country I was able to freely wear what I wanted. In the evening I typically will wear Lularoe Julia dress as a night gown. Sometimes I’ll leave my bra on until I get in bed. I find the Allure to be very comfortable. If I’m hot then it’s just panties and topless. The last couple years have been an adjustment having natural large breast, but I wouldn’t change a thing except I would like them even bigger! I’m glad I have time again to visit CDH again and I enjoy reading about everyone accomplishments. Have a good night!

Well Joanna, I'm out and open and always dressed but at home I'm dressed more like a lazy slob girl with Bride of Frankenstein hair.  I'll wear mismatched stained shirts and paint spattered shoes but never any makeup and my hair is just in a big bun with a clip, tied in a pony tail, stuffed under a baseball cap or just all wild and long like I licked a Van De Graaff generator.  It all changes if I know that someone is coming over or I'm going out.  Then I clean myself up and get all my glitz and glam on.  So, now you know what to expect if you drop by unexpectedly.  Surprise!  Marg

I always wearing panties and during the fall through summer months when wearing a jacket I wear my bra in public. I would rather be fully dressed while out in public but under dressing certainly keeps me feeling feminine.

I spend most of my mornings dressed in a dress or skirt/blouse combo, panties and bra/bralette/cami, sometimes pantyhose or tights as well s lipstick. I don't have much time to add a wig and make up. I find it very comfortable to dress like that and spend time here. I'd love to dress like that more frequently but opportunities are limited although there are times my wife will invite Suzanne to spend some time which is nice.

Does anyone else have a tipping point? By that I mean not necessarily fully dressed. For me some lipstick, earrings, jewellery does the trick. Beverly

Joanna....   Yes I also wear some type of gals clothes when at home.  Gals clothing is pretty, and comfortable.  Even have a "work" dress for yard work.  

Dr. Scholls Sandals???  I am a child of the 70's too.  Loved the Scholls Sandals, both wifey and me had a pair back then.  Cute and comfy tp wear.  

Unfortunately the ones now avail - at least here in the United States - are NOT like the ones we had band then.

Sometimes I'll put everything but the wig and makeup on at home. I think it's a comfort or stress relief thing: sometimes I just need to do it. But definitely not routinely/regularly, no.

I would dress fully but not wear my wig or makeup. It wasn't necessary for me to have those all the time if I was just around the house. Then one day my wife came up to me and said "you need hair". Ever since I always wear one of my wigs and light makeup. If we are going out shopping then I will "put my face on". 

I don't go out or attempt to pass, so no make-up or wigs.  At home it depends on available time but most often it's lower half only - tights or stockings with panty girdle or girdle, waist slip, skirt and shoes - while still wearing male shirt, etc. That allows a rapid change if needed because once skirt and shoes are off, male trousers and socks can very quickly be in place - so useful if an unexpected visitor turns up!  Of course, it's much more enjoyable with a bra, full slip and dress...but that takes rather longer.

Totally not, I like to be at a 100% all girl. I know some of you like to wear feminine underwear while in male mode. I am either all Carla or all male, don’t like it half way

As I write this, I am relaxed and happy wearing a long sleeve light blue top from Pep & Co (Poundland), lovely tight fitting black pu leggings from Primark, nearly black hold ups from TU (Sainsburys), gorgeous shiny black pu panties from Temu, black ballerina flats size 9 from Lilley (Shoezone), no wig today but I am persevering with wearing my wig more often. No painted nails today. 
This outfit is pretty well identical to what I wear daily at home or out and about locally.
