I know I'm rather lucky, in that I have my own house, and my SO has hers.  Since 2014 I've been working from my house every day, so when I go 'home' to her place, I just bring with me whatever I need for the night or weekend at her house.  This made it very easy to acquire and store feminine things!  Much like @emmat, I used to feel I had to hide things when my best friend would come to stay, until a couple of years ago when there became just too much of it, and I told him about Fiona.

Now that I live full-time, both my wardrobes and all my drawers are full of my stuff, with a very small number of male clothes in the corner of one wardrobe which, with the exception of one shirt, I've not worn in nearly a year.  The rest of my old drab stuff is in storage crates under the bed.  It can stay there for now, but eventually it'll just go to charity 🙂

for over 20 yrs my office was Natalie’s getaway space. It wasn’t in my home but instead at my workshop/ office a mile from where I lived. After being caught several times by my ex wife who would not accept any aspect of crossdressing I enlarged and renovated the old dingy office into a small suite. Several times a week if not more I would get there early in the morning and spend several hours dressed, sometimes the whole day if I wasn’t out on a job site. It was often a win/win, I always hated doing paper work but it was always more pleasant while en femme. My personal little joke was that I had a built in secretary and the proper wardrobe. Two years ago I sold the property knowing that I would have to downsize Natalie’s things and would have less opportunity to dress. Unfortunately that’s the life of a secret CD.

Being single and living alone, my entire home is my own space. But I would like to segregate my feminine things from my male things and have a way to stash things away I'm case I have (non-cd) company.

I have one double closet and one single, the double is more than half full of Rayna's clothes. I'm going to either weed out some of the things that don't seem to do it for me anymore, or expand my storage space, or both. Lately I can't stop buying new things.

What I would love to have is a vanity with a lighted mirror, and a nice full length stand-up mirror. Those will be harder to hide from company but I'm willing to take that risk.

I live in a condo with two bedrooms. One is my bedroom, the other is my den. I'll need to possibly build another room on my basement level if I want a room totally devoted to being Rayna. Practically speaking, though, I need all of my space to perform many functions.

But still, the entire space is mine, whether for me or for Brother. Brother is a slob though. Maybe I should get a maid outfit so I can straighten the place out. Assuming I won't get distracted by the mirror.

R.
