I’m still super nervous and shy. I’m 30 but when I was in my teens my mom joked around a few times about me dressing as a girl for Halloween. My mom is super girly and has a hair salon close by, just not sure how to strike up the conversation, if you will lol. Would love to spend some time in her salon dressed up with some other ladies

Maybe you could start by asking “ Remember when you used to want to dress me up like a girl?” Then just see how she feels about it now. Maybe you could end up with a compete makeover!
