Within the past couple of weeks, one of the girls here posted a warning about black market hormones(my apologies to the poster, I am unable to locate it at this time). Since then I started to wonder about some of the things such as creams and serums and other natural ways(fenugrek) that are advertised or sold through websites such as this very one. Someone wrote that these things are snake oil and only work if you already have the hormones for it to actually take effect. Is this true? Just curious

@pattyd I don't have any first hand experience with herbs & lotions & stuff, I've seen & heard too many stories that confirm my opinion that they just don't work. Having said that, I'm currently in month 3 of a vacuum pumping odyssey which they also say doesn't work. My chest says otherwise!
I experimented with Pueraria Mirifica years ago. It's probably the most potent phytoestrogen you can buy. After three months, I had a little more chest fat, and my wallet was 200 dollars lighter. No boobs. I consider it a waste of money.
A small fraction of PM users respond well. The companies that sell the stuff like to point to those 'success stories' as proof that the stuff works. For most users, it's a waste of time and money.
Think about it for a moment. If PM and various enhancing supplements were that effective, small-chested women would be eating them like candy, and the boob job business wouldn't exist.
Estradiol (HRT) is bioidentical estrogen. Your body recognizes it as estrogen the same way it would if you had a pair of ovaries. It works. I've been taking it for 3.5 years. It's also much cheaper than PM or overpriced supplements. If you want it, talk to your doctor. Look up Lucille Sorella's web site, feminization secrets. I have seen testimonial images there that showed that something worked.
I only have any experience of one product and that is Puararia Mirifica capsules and I have to say they worked for me. It took 3 months before I felt the first growth changes ( fat redistribution starts almost at once) and the end result after a couple of years you can get a flavour of in my avatar picture. I got to a UK 36C. However I'm pretty sure I developed an allergy to them which made my skin feel dry and somewhat itchy and rough and, I think ( not sure) also gave me heartburn. Also seems to make my nails very brittle. Every now and again, the urge to be bigger takes over and I try again for a few weeks before the side effects stop me!
How much of that is general and how much due to my personal body chemistry, I can't say.
I've spent a fair bit of time in Thailand over the years. PM is widely used there within folk remedy medicine, for all sorts of things by both men and women and I suspect it has its uses. It's true that thai men aren't quite so hairy, and have a smoother body. But I never saw any men with C cups - unless they were ladyboys who had arrived there by a different method. I'd say you were very lucky to have achieved that outcome. Especially since the PM you can buy in the UK is potentially less potent. I did try it for 3 months with stuff I'd bought in Thailand. Nothing happened on the breast front, sad to say.

I have tried the drums and cream and could say there was a small difference over a long time. It was perhaps to the drums stretching the skin and creams keeping it supple. I never used pills. The real clincher was looking at older photos of myself and the newer, a before and after which showed a slight difference but then I am now using different boosters and bras and am older too.
I am sure there are some kind of success for some but it is worth repeating, if it worked we'd all be walking around with our perfect bosom and the breast enlargement clinics would be 'bust'......

Just this. Thanks for pointing it out. I wish it wasn't true , but the main difference these products will make is to one's bank balance.
