I don’t know how many of you girls have this issue, but my chin and upper lip dry out real bad after I shave. It never mattered in the past because I wasn’t thinking of using makeup.
I’ve tried hydrating lotions and facial scrubs but I just can’t get it to clear up. It’s flaky and red. 🤷🏼♂️

Is it that you shave more thoroughly when dressing? The suggestion would be to wash your face then use a hot damp towel over the area you are going to shave, let it dry and use a moisituriser on the skin leaving a light layer then shave as normal. It may clog the blades but wash it off before each stroke. After use another coat of moisturiser.
I assume you use 'the best there is' as far as razor goes. Electric razors can cause friction and damage the skin.
