This is just a quickie today....
I had a lovely wander around town last night...typical autumn evening, bit damp, breezy and cool.
Everything was going fine, I had done the tour and was just heading home....
On my street, I approached my gate and.....suddenly my feet had gone and I was sitting on my bum!!!
I can't remember this happening before, and to be honest, it made me laugh.....I said to myself, "you silly cow gracie, what are you doing down here"?.
I'm always so careful when out, but just for that split second, I had stood on damp leaves....and I was gone!!.... luckily my handbag was zipped up, otherwise I could have blocked the road if that had emptied!!!!! 🚧🆘🚧
I had my leopard ankle boots on, only two and a half inch kitten heels, and I have worn them out and about dozens and dozens of times...but it just shows it can happen to the best of us....luckily it was quiet, no witnesses ( no videos to send to you've been framed ) and all that was bruised was my ego....and a damp patch on the bottom of my coat and on my elbow.....
I'm owning up to this Faux Pas just to give you all a warning really ...please be careful out there, accidents can happen......I have been out in all weathers before, in all types of footwear from flatties to supidly high heels....never a problem.

You think there were no CCTV cameras Grace. Who knows if some shop or business are checking the cameras from last night? Just sipping their morning coffee when this kitten heeled glamour puss hoves into view and grabs the attention of the viewer. Gracefully wandering along when one foot flies upwards, unbalancing and the base over apex manoeuvre is perfectly executed. The viewer spits the coffee out and laughs hysterically.
It would soon be all over T'internet. So beware Grace you could be trending as we speak!

Not so long ago when I visited the lovely town of Ossett in Yorkshire, the town centre was littered with cobblestones. It had just rained and the cobbled surface was still quite wet and slippery. As I sat with my morning coffee at a cafe, I watched in amazement at the women in heels navigating their way on those cobblestones with the such skill, elegance and speed!
However, not all were so lucky. A young lady dressed ever so well walked by me and had a near femme-fatality. I immediately stood up and braced the young lady who was most grateful.
So, my dear Grace, if I could, I would have extended my hand to you.

Oh,,, yes!!! It sure did happen to me,,, once 👠👀,,, thanks a lot for reminding me 😡 lol I had forgotten about that but now reminded after reading what happened to,, you,, expect when it happened to me there where (a few people around to-See~It!!) oh,My goodness it was a weekend street fair { busy } I even remember what I was wearing,, I had my CUTE 3inch open toe clear mules with of course painted red toes and wearing a toe ring and my anklet& wearing black tight fitting Leggings with a peplum style blouse there was a band playing so it was a little loud everyone was enjoying the music 🎶 there Kara was,, dancing 💃 funny,, but it didn’t happen than,, but,, when I decided to leave & walk away a little away from where the band was playing so the crowd was facing of course towards the band/music & than,, out of nowhere ?? Some how when I was walking,, boom 💥 there I was,, on the concrete ground wondering,, how the heck did I end up down here? LOL 😝 hmm ? I slipped I thought maybe I got away without anyone seeing me 👍,,,, but!!!! N0!!! lol a few people that saw me fall treated me nice by,, helping me up,, asking how I was ? I did have a hurt knee for a while afterwards and the knee area on my leggings was torn I left that area as fast as I could with a little limping lol it felt like forever before I was back at my vehicle 🚗 so yes!!!
