Me encanta el sonido de esa tradición. Justo antes de la medianoche, me prepararé una Margarita y me iré al jardín para brindar por el Año Nuevo y lo que pueda traer.
De todos modos, me travestí a tiempo completo en casa, ¡pero esta noche haré un esfuerzo especial!

Maybe I'm in a minority, but I actually quite like seeing the occasional forum thread, or individual post, in another language. Currently, they ARE only occasional.
Admittedly I had to use Google Translate on what you just wrote (I don't stretch to Danish!), but I can handle French, German and Spanish (and have a smattering of 'schoolgirl Italian'). On a personal level, it gives me an opportunity to practice my reading and writing. Without that, I start to forget first tenses, then vocabulary, then pretty much everything else 🙁
I regularly see other English-speaking members responding to 'foreign' language posts as well, and by doing so connecting to members in all corners of the world.
Transgender Heaven now explicitly says that it's an English language site, but I value the fact that here on CDH girls for whom English is not their first language still have the opportunity to come on the forums and chat. Yes, that's obviously going to reduce activity on the threads concerned, and it does make them significantly harder to moderate from a staff point of view, but up until now it's worked well. It means that we remain as inclusive as possible. On the other hand, if the number of polyglot posts started to grow significantly then we could run into problems!
It's an interesting one.

Mange tak for dit søde svar, det er meget nemmere for mig at skrive på dansk, men hvis jeg skriver på engelsk så bliver mine svar ikke så lange. Jeg synes fortsat at forum bør være på engelsk.

Jeg er enig ... foraene SKAL være på engelsk, da det er passende for 99.9% af medlemskabet. Men samtidig vil jeg ikke helt udelukke dem, der kæmper for at skrive uden for deres eget sprog. Da webstedet fortsætter med at vokse, er vi nødt til at tiltrække flere og flere medlemmer i denne position. Måske skal Vanessa have en politik på plads, hvis det begynder at ske ...

No nothing rude at all, its just the word "rasende" that means very very angry or furious. I guess what you wanted to say is something like: studying like a mad person.
If you get banned I will fight for you anytime, I have your back.
@clarissa2 I meant to say 'studying furiously'. I guess 'studying angrily' isn't quite the same thing ... 🙂

@ellyd22 In fact I think that my English-danish vocabulary will translate furiously to rasende which in danish means something like raging anger, google translates into that. I think in danish you would say studying like an insane person, very eager to study. Do not be afraid,I was just joking most Danes don't even know about the white tower least that it was build by Danes
