While planning future purchases, I got to wondering. For those of you that wear forms to bed. What kind do you wear? Is there a specific one to wear for sleeping?

Tiffany, what a good question.  I have resorted to not wearing my forms when I sleep as I’ve ruined quite a few pairs.  So after reading my book in bed (or doing whatever one does awake in bed) I remove my forms* and sleep with just my bra.  So if anyone knows of sleep resistant forms…please let me know.

hugs

Christine

*I will usually wash them immediately

Tiffany, I have had silicone forms damaged wearing them to bed. These days to bed, I wear Amoena Leisure form, style 137N it is a triangular, weighted, foam, form. It comes with a removable washable fabric cover and a drawstring storage bag. I bought them from my usual lingerie shop (they know about Paula). Paula

Aphrodite Hera forms are the best hands down.

Go silicone Tiffany and the attachable Gold Seals from the Breast form store are the best value for money going around. A good underwire bra will keep them secure at night and if you so desire, invest in the double sided adhesive tapes and skintac wipes to attach them to your chest.

Then you can go braless. Oh so femme....

Just dont sleep on your tummy, you will burst them.

I always use breast form adhesive. No problems while sleeping in my bra and easy to remove when you're ready.

Tiffany, I use a triangular shaped set of forms from Vollence that were very cheap, only about $50 or so. But they look great in a bra, they’re comfortable and I don’t use any kind of tape or adhesive because I have a hairy chest. For sleeping, I wear one of my tank bras that my wife bought for me. She accidentally bought them in a 40 when I need a 42. However, they’re snug enough that they hold my forms quite well, even when sleeping, though a little movement does happen here and there. Vollence are breast forms on a budget. I hope this helps.

Hugs and good luck, Jill

I wear my first set of starter gel forms to bed most nights as do many other ladies. I wear an underwire bra and only sleep on my back & sides, not on the stomach because that would put too much pressure on the gel forms which can cause leaks from the seams. I now have a second better set of gel forms that I often use when going out dressed.

There are no leaks with the solid Aphrodite forms but they can be very expensive.

Hi Tiffany,

A moderately priced sleep safe form is Pals.  Keep an eye open for a sale at CDH’s sellers like the Breast Form Store.  Still, you might want to remove your jewelry like a necklace.

@aliceunderwire   I agree with Alice.  I have been sleeping in Pals forms for years, but I wear them in a pocket bra.   They're made of some kind of gel, and so far they've remained intact.

I wish I could say the same for my "sleep wigs"!

Are there any problems from the constant contact with your skin? Rashes? Anything?

I often sleep with my Vollence self adhesive forms or my Amoena self adhesive forms, both with a sport bra. I've had no problems, they stay in place and until now no leaking.

Skin contact..

I wear my Amoenas every night, so one of my "getting up tasks", after taking them off  is to rub my chest with moisturizer. takes away the itch during the day
