Talking to a girlfriend here, I was reminded of my French Maid days, when I would dress up and serve my wife. In uniform with garter belt and stockings, with frilly panties and petticoats underneath. My wife found it amusing. but she did like the housework getting done. Have any other girls here ever gone though such a phase?
Don't have any maid outfits, I just like washing up, and vacuuming; I don't mind a bit of ironing either. I do like to do it dressed (but it's not obligatory), but oddly, I'd feel very self-conscious doing any of it dressed as a maid, even if there was no one there to see it.
I enjoy pretending to be a maid as well. My wife got me a lingerie type outfit and I have cleaned in it. Not practical but fun. I would really like a more durable dress to wear . I do enjoy serving and cooking and cleaning. It's a way my wife can have some fun with me dressed and get something she wants. She will ask the maid to come by when she wants the house clean but doesn't want to do it.
Fantasied, (like a lot of younger CD's) about the French maid thing back about the early 90's and actually wore one at a dressing service makeover in London UK about that time.
I kept thee photos for a while, but decided this look was not for me, so I burnt 'em.
Caty.
Sadly I don't have a maids outfit but would love to have one complete with petticoat and apron. I do have a couple dresses that I wear on occasion to clean house and do laundry. Those are fun days.
XOXO

I did for a fancy dress once getting the dress and pinny from a fancy dress outlet. I had the heels, stockings and appropriate wig. It was a fun party and everyone thought I looked great but the heels were a bit of a killer after a few hours but bravely got to the end of the evening.
I’ve been hinting for either a maid’s uniform or a housedress to do my housework chores but as yet my Queen hasn’t catered for my wants and why would she when she gets the ironing, laundry, dusting, polishing, vacuuming, WC cleaned, En-suit cleaned and all her meals cooked by her very own non uniformed maid (me). Oh and all the drab jobs around the house in side and out. I can fem up whenever the time is right but it is not the same as her wanting me in uniform.
I told my wife is she got me a French maid outfit, I'd clean the house with no complaining. So far, I haven't received one.
I prefer the 50's housewife look with petticoat, apron pearls and heels. A big June cleaver fan here. I'd much rather be viewed and treated as the traditional loving housewife than the maid.
Hi Maureen,
I would love to tell my wife to get a French maid outfit for Brandi and for more than just housework duties.
She loaves the X-dressing side of me.
A gurl can dream!!!!
Hugs,
Brandi
Definitely, it really puts the fun into house work, 😍
No but sounds fun !!! Just need to find a wife to dress up and do the chores for her!!
Not only do I have one, I have 3. The first one is in pink, and was so short that I think I have tee shirts that are longer. But with a tutu petticoat it becomes an acceptable height (even if it is still very short). This one locks on at the neck and through the zipper. I have since modified it by adding ribbon with loops to lock it on at the wrists, and put a lock on the apron and added belt loops so the locked-on apron couldn't just be slid down my non-existant hips. More on this one later.
The second one I got was a long black ankle length dress. It locked on at the neck, wrists, waist, and below the knees. The problem was that the lock at the wrist was so loose as to be useless. I removed and resewed the wrists so it would be tight enough to not be able to remove. The same thing happened with the waist; having no hips means even if it is locked on I can slither in and out of it. I also tightened the waist belt and the below the knee belt so that at least with the waist belt locked I could not remove the dress. I also bought a trumpet petticoat to go with this dress.
The third dress I got from my friend as she was closing up her transformation business. It is short sleeve black dress with lace at the hem, on two ruffles on the bodice, and at the sleeves. It has a lacy applique with sequences on the chest. It also has two lock loops and a high neck. The apron is also lacy and is sewn on. When I got it, I was unable to close the neck, but having lost weight I can now close the neck. The zipper doesn't lock shut (it can slide down too easily) so I added a ribbon to the zipper and two ribbons to add a second lock to the zipper.
The best time I had was one of my friend's parties (she was the one who ran the transformation business) when I came dressed in the pink outfit. I had the dress locked on at the waist (via the apron), neck, and wrists, and my heels also locked on. Each lock was keyed seperately, and had two keys. I separated the pairs of keys and put them into a small zip-lock bag. When my friend was through with makeovers, I handed over the keys (we actually posed for a picture where she was pointing to her hand demanding I hand them over - my idea for the photo) so I was locked into the dress with no access to the keys.
I did have a chance to rest, but I was also helping out at the party. I brought the garbage out to the can outside her home, helped serve or clean up, or just be available. Later we played a game where we handed out the keys and I would go around the room while people had to guess which lock their key fit (and remember, because there were two for each lock, after one was opened, the other key was useless). The locks and keys are not numbered or identifyable in any way, so it really is a matter of luck.
I did stay after everyone left and helped wash and dry the dishes, and my friend was appreciative of the help. It was really a lot of fun.
When I was single and lived on my own (30+ years ago), I had a maids uniform - I did my household chores wearing it. At that time it was one of my favourite outfits.
I don't own one but I think I would rather like to try one. I love the 'sissy' style of dresses, with lots of frills, bows, shiny satin, frothy petticoats and so forth. I've looked at various ones online but sadly (and typically) the ones I like always seem to the ones I can't afford! lol
Mind you, like some of you girls have already said, I tend to wear more 'normal' (sorry, it's too early in the morning for me to get my head round a more descriptive term!) clothes. I can't help thinking that I might feel just a little too self-conscious in a French maid's outfit.
