With that said, is it just me or do my girlfriends here feel a Special sense of joy and happiness when messages are received…
Being single myself, i can understand the feeling of having someone there….
But my girlfriends messages received here… I just get so excited i drop everything I’m doing and smile differently when I'm reading regardless of our topic of discussion….???

I think that Anna Wintour is just amazing. If we all started to dress like Tom Daly (see piccie.) then perhaps the whole concept of “crossdressing” could be consigned to the history books.

I feel the same as you. I don't do social media at all so this is very exciting for me and it is out of my comfort zone.
i find it interesting reading people's thoughts and how some are so similar to my own. Makes me feel I'm not alone in this world with dressing in secret
To me,its wonderful to receive thanks for a post or a message from someone at CDH.After receiving that message ,everything just feels right.And Ladies ,if I dont answer right away,please dont feel offended,I have a basic membership and my computer skills are seriously lacking.Im trying Girls,I really am.hahahahaha.LOL.
It feels good because you are hearing from people who understand where you are coming from and are not judging you. Many times these communications involve topics that people have been suppressing for years and it feels nice to be able to finally speak to someone else openly and truthfully.
Oh yes, i agree, nothing like a feminine compliment from a cd or tg woman. Or cute guy, lol

I think I'm a little insecure, but I get so excited when I get a new notification. Maybe a comment on my pics, a reply to a comment of mine, or just a like. It's so lovely to feel welcomed and included in our rather obscure world.

I love that were free to discuss any topic that interests us here whether it is serious or light. I also like that often seeing my thoughts in writing makes me think more deeply about myself and consider how I might make changes in my life to better support how I feel and my end goals! Thanks to all of you for participating and helping me with all this!
Like you all I do always look forward to a chat or comment from my sisters. It can be 2 edged in my case. My wife says I spend way to much time here and is her #1 concern about my “ weird “ affliction. So I have to budget my time here closely to keep the peace. Any one else have a SO who complains of you being on line?

We are a social species and need to interact with others, especually liked minded people. Since we are are super common in the geberal public it is hard to find those limed minded people, so site like think serve a great function.
So, yes.I do love getting notifications and see response to posts et cetera.
