I always seem really boring when it comes to panties and generally stick to the same three types.
Hipsters, boy shorts and thongs. Hipsters for wearing with jeans or leggings and thongs for dresses and mini skirts.
Either with tights, hold ups, suspenders or just bare legs.
I'll sometimes also wear a thong with jeans and have it showing at the back (cheeky Becky 🤷🏻♀️🤭💁🏻♀️)

I feel you girlfriend I stick usually to just some briefs and occasionally a g-string mostly wear briefs but sometimes I wanna feel cute and sexy so I'll get into a g-string.
#1 is bikini, regular or high cut, but they MUST have lace trim and accent, then I will opt for hipsters, but again they have must have lace. Call me old fashioned, but lace just makes the panties feel that much sexier.

My usual is cheeky or thong, colorful and with some lace. I have a few fav pair that just seem to hold everything just right and I have been known to do laundry just to make sure they are available.
In my line of work the thongs make what had been just a run of the mill plumbers butt into something worth talking about lol

I stick to 2 kinds, granny panties and high cut panties. I try to stick to solid colours, and the primary ones like white, black, and nude. I do have a few light pink ones, but I don't stray far from the 3 primary ones.
Bikini in pretty colors are my faves. However, my panty drawer is filled with lace too! Lately my wife has been putting me into old fashioned bib overall cutoffs with the side buttons removed. Partner this with a lacy thong and the straps are very visible and somewhat embarrassing. If she has me in something sheer, she always puts me also into a dark thong so that everyone can see how she dominates me.
I love wearing shiny satin panties, in all colors and pattern. Bikini or hi cut panties are my favorite.
My go to are bikini style, silk or satin, any colour, not floral patterns... yet... my dear wife would blow a gasket
I love wearing Bali Hi-cut panties and for sleeping I wear Secrets In Lace Retro Sheer Panties.

I find there are differences in cut depending on brand. In Cacique panties I go mostly for hipsters, which are most similar to bikinis from jockey. That’s my go-to cut. I’ll wear the occasional thong - especially love the Cacique wide-side lace thong. Briefs (hip-panties in Jockey) I find go too high and the waist band will roll down off my tummy.
Bikini or hipster. Lace is always, always a bonus.

Anything I can wear that is wide enough in the crutch to give support. Sadly many brands I have bought dont do this, so they are for night and not day time wear. In winter I wear heavy duty tights as well, (keep arthritic knees) warm . Daytime, mostly Hi cut briefs with Fayreform Corals, (sadly discontinued), my favorites.

Many years ago Fredericks of Hollywood carried a line of silk tap pants that had open legs I really enjoyed those unfortunately they discontinued that line so I have resorted to having my go to being custom made out of mulberry silk in France they never leave any lines or bulges they go with everything except that occasional shorts or winter jeans in that case I prefer nothing under my shorts and a silk thong for jeans to match my top . I am spoiled and know it . As a child I wore a satin nylon that were hidden from the world. I have not worn them in 40 years or more but they were in a 1950 high waist bikini style.
