Yesterday I went out to eat with my mom, dad and both my sister's. When the waitress asked me what I'd like she said how about you ma'am and I was just in heaven and felt so good. I'm getting ma'amed a lot lately I just love it. Going out with my family being the woman that I am is just so awesome. I have never felt so good in my life as I do now and there is no looking back at all. So happy I can go out and about as myself.
Very cool Denise! The little affirmations feel so good. I get gendered female routinely. I'm out every day doing my business. Living authentically. It's amazing! You get used to it fast. The stuff that used to give you anxiety becomes routine. You start to take things for granted. Pfft. Why wouldn't you go about your busy day wearing a wry smile and a cute outfit? You learn to own it. Trans girls have to live their lives too!

@emilyalt I'm getting so used to it now like you said you get used to it fast. I'm doing pretty good in my transition and know this is who I had always wanted to be. I'm so happy.
