I want to play golf dressed in the proper women's golf attire. Any experiences you can share? Ever hear of lgbtq+ friendly courses?
@cdfrances I played once last Sept down here in MD. We played at the U of MD course where my friend was a regular (in guy mode). I wore a black skort and white shirt with a white windbreaker (which I needed, because it was windy AF!). I bought a sports bra which helped keep the girls out of the way. I tied my hair back into a pony tail, and wore my shortest nails.
Other than that, we just played golf. No one said anything or looked at us oddly. From a distance I doubt anyone would have realized. Go do it, says I.
I also regularly golf in women's attire. I have not had any issue with any of the courses at which I golf, and the courses include both private and public courses. From my experience, golf courses are no different than any other business. My money is just as good as anyone else's.

Like the other girls have said go do it. On the course there is usually some distance between you and the other groups. I have played twice as Olivia and picked courses in small country towns to play at where there was only a handful of other people on the course.
My Attire was some white ladies casual pants, white socks and a light pink activewear top. When I bought my golf shoes they were on special and I wasn't overly happy with how they looked as while they didn't look like ladies shoes they didn't look too much like men's either. Now I'm so happy with them as they work in perfectly with my female attire.
The only other thing was it took a bit of getting use to swinging around my boobs.
Do you hit from the ladies T? Is that an unfair advantage?
I would hit from ladies tee. I am not in competition
Just enjoying the day playing golf.
I don't play golf, but they just opened a course (with the entrance) 1/3 mile down the road from me (although I can see part of the course out my front window). I may go once en homme to the mini-golf there before going en femme.
Playing golf en femme is on my bucket list. I love all the great clothes and would love to play in a pretty skort and matching top. Being out and about is not possible for me now but hopefully some day.
The golf course is likely to be the only place I can dress openly for a while. Once you’re out on the course you won’t be bothered. Courses don’t have the attire restrictions they used to, so I think it’s a great place to go!
Have fun Frances!
