Good shopping experiences

I had two days off this week midweek rotating between 2nd and 3rd shifts. My wife and I did some shopping while the kid was in classes. I was in drab...ish. I mean although I was wearing mostly women's clothing I was still presenting as male, no makeup or wig. But we were shopping for Bridgette as well as my wife. I was delighted to find my wife some shoes she'd been looking for, and a few other things. But what made me want to post about it was that the experience I had, obviously liking for and at women's clothing, and wearing it at the time, nobody said anything. I had multiple interactions with sales clerks as well as other female customers, and we'd chat about fit, sizes, looks, etc. I had any number of the same sort of comments about finding things in this shoe size (ladies 11) with other gals unlucky enough to need that size, and one lady who wore 12s. She was a GG too, no doubt. I ended up finding a nice pair of lace up boots at Rack Room, shoes for my wife at DSW, and some lippy and other makeup items at Nordstrom Rack, and tried on a pair of faux leather pants that fit (and I bought). No issues with the fitting room or anything. Also checked out another local wig store and found a lovely pixie cut red wig (I'll post pics when I get the chance to wear it all dolled up). I've gotten comfortable enough with myself that I'm perfectly happy in the ladies sections at stores. Nobody ever says anything at all. So if you haven't done your shopping in person yet, go out there and enjoy it. Trying it on is the best way for a good fit, especially since the throw darts to determine womens sizing, lol!
